    These stretches are wonderful. I suffer from lower back pain due to lifting a heavy object. These stretches done twice a day have really helped me enormously. Thank you!

    I love these exercises. I can't straighten my legs, though. I think that's because I have been in a wheelchair since June. I'm trying to strengthen my legs so i can start using a walker. I'll keep wirking at it. Thank you!

    What am doing incorrectly? When I raise my right leg I feel my left thigh muscle cramp in the back of my thigh? All the other stretches feel great! Thank you

    I do the knee to chest everyday twice. Can you do more reps ? I do 20 of them on each side
