What I mean by moderation. The avoidance of excess or extremes. If you are achieving what you want to achieve, and get your work done while smoking weed. There are zero problems with that. If you are homeless, and find yourself blowing the little money you have on weed, putting you in a situation you need to steal to feed yourself. You need help.
But the reason I sidetracked is, I have friends who were great at school and their jobs, but completely fell off because they would rather smoke up and daydream. Than actually follow through with their work and succeed. I'm not saying weed is the problem. It's the individual's mindset to it. Hence why I mentioned the beer. Because beer is normally advertised as something to drink and relax after a hard days work. I'm not comparing alcohol to THC. I'm just suggesting the mindset of the smoke up and relax after a hard days work. That is if you are one of those who often find yourself smoking up and daydreaming.
But if you are someone who achieves everything they aspire while smoking. No need to change anything.
I also want to thank you guys for all of the support, the summer has only just started and this channel has grown so much.

I was homeless once. It is a constant stress and it feels like everyone is staring at you and like you're constantly being shamed. It's terrible and I would never willingly put myself in that situation.

One mcdonalds down the street keeps having people quit to work at the other mcdonalds or fast food joint that pays better because they pay shit. No one will work there, no customers can get served, that particular store shuts down. There is no solving the homeless issue because that would be solving the unemployment issue- and that my friend would cause companies far and wide to actually give a shit about their employees.

It seems like the majority of them are just obsessed about fame & fortune. I haven't been able to get a band together because every one I jam with seems to expect they're going to be famous. It makes me more reclusive. Now I just write my songs where there aren't any people around & haven't been putting anything up lately. Besides, now it seems everyone is obsessed with rap anyway, so rock music is not as popular anymore. What I don't get is how rappers call themselves "rock" stars when it's actually "rap" star?! Just ridiculous. If this was the 80's, that dude would probably be a Motley Crue or Warrant wannabe singer. All the fame whores get into the most popular music to try to "make it". Money is ruining music.

I was exactly like this when i was 21-23 became a raging alcoholic. Homeless and had the exact same lifestyle but in a small ass town. I am now going to therapy and getting the support i need from my parents. Hopefully he figures it out and i wish the best for him.

His issues are emotional. He chooses this way of life due to a passive rage he has against society. He’s rebelling against “the norm”. He has a strong distrust and dislike for others - he will use, manipulate and lie for his own gain. The causes are multifactorial, but mostly caused by the upbringing he had as a child. Yes, this IS a case about trauma...but the trauma is not physical.. it’s emotional.

i just want to say as a beat producer it makes you like 90% better if you buy your beats, and not to mention if you actually write your lyrics. One thing i’ve learned is that most people get too hyped over things and dont realize how hard it actually is. Where i’m from everybody that wanted to rap thought that they had to know how to freestyle to rap, hell no you don’t. Write your lyrics, because most people don’t find it impressive to speak the first things that come to mind.
P.s. Money is everything, you have to fund your music career for it to go anywhere. Some people think that it comes over night like it did for Post Malone but that’s his music, and a LOT of people genuinely like it. But if you’re not putting any money forth, how do you expect to get some back? Nobody cares enough to hand pick you out of the thousands of others that make music, especially if you don’t even have anything to show for it other than thinking you can freestyle.
