    Thank you. I had arthritis in my elbows from over conditioning which showed after I got back from Mt.Fuji.
    As for the name calling, it's unfortunate but YOU are the one who's right in the end. Keep up the good work. ΟωΟ

      Thank you! Mt. Fuji is an awesome mountain. Climbed to the top and watched the sunrise one time, it was a great experience.

    Alain, I used to have a bag that I filled with sand. it was like a brick wall. I use to use it for mu shin and elbow striking. People do not get how much it hurts and the damage that can be done to you whe you hit with the tip of the elbow.

    Flat side elbows are the only way to go on the heavy bag. You can do elbows with the point of your elbow, but only slicing elbows, not concussive. Otherwise your just asking for pain.
    Though throwing a slicing elbow on a leather bag without a hoodie on will 100% tear up your skin.

    I was thinking about spear and 12 to 6 elbow as one is supposed to hit with tip 🤔

      There are times hitting with the tip can be very effective for sure.

    Your fist is closed you should straighten your hand when you throw elbows

      You know that people have different hand upper arm and lower arm lengths, as well as the proportions of them compared to their body. He probably feels more comfortable, whilst being able to throw at 100% like that, just because of his longer arms.
