Thank you for making this video. I'm 17 years old and was born with a difference in my left thumb. I'm righthanded so for most things I only use my right hand. Because of this I lost most of my fine motor skills in my left hand. I recently noticed this and am working on it now by doing these exercises and by improving strength in my left hand and forearm. Thank you; I do the last two at my therapist but the first one is a new one for me! I like it cuz I can really feel the muscles at my elbow and the tendons running through my palm and forearm pulling my finger down. This is the first time I've had that sensation which lets me know I am actually working my finger. I can only get my fingers to bend halfway to my palm, but on my good arm I can bend my fingers all the way to my palm with no problem at all. I will be adding this one to my exercises Thank you. 🌸
I have a problem with writing things down. My hand and fingers jerk with certain parts of the movement. I just did the first two exercises with my writing hand and was able to write smoothly. Its amazing how simple that was and how quick. Thanks for this. Its really annoying when I'm out and about and I need to sign something or add a tip. Gotta love TH-cam. LOL
With age and, maybe that I hardly write with a pen/pencil anymore since I type using the same motions all the time, I notice my fine motor skills really have degraded. I started playing the ukulele and it's really frustrating. I've been doing these exercises for two weeks and I'm seeing a big improvement! I'm so glad I stumbled upon your channel!

Any help for stiffness and swelling across the top of hand knuckle area from broken wrist displaced. Also swollen sore fingers in joints.
