    This is great. As I've gotten older, I've started losing the dexterity in my non-dominant hand, to the point of not being able to control my grip when doing certain functions or tasks. Here's hoping I'll see improvement over time.

    Thanks, I play an instrument and I just can't just coordinate my figures to play faster music even though I probably should. Maybe I just suck but it does feel like this will help.

    Dear Michelle, I broke my wrist on 13 January and have found your Videos extremely helpful and in line with what I've been told by the physiotherapist I've been seeing. What I want to know is whether knitting is helpful for a fractured wrist at this stage. I didnt have surgery and cast now removed. Thanks again for all your advice and help, Helen

    Another one is get two or three balls about racquetball size and rotate them around your upward facing palm without them touching
