This game so underrated this is the first gacha where I watched and invested into the story it’s so dark I love how I can build a team and the PvP survival is so much fun
This game is my favorite right now - it’s SO good. All the Genshin systems, some of them made a bit worse, a few a little better. But a very dark story…. Great if you like soulslike style depressingly dark setting/stories…. I’m loving it currently. Art style is beautiful and battle feels very skill based!
It's too addictive, you will burn out and it's for no-lifers, but if you don't mind it's a pretty good nice game, i like the art style too, i would wish for more games in the future to have this dark fantasy vibes with such monsters and stuff. Story is nice, little "Paimon" by your side calling bossing you around, but the story is not any near to what we are used to from other gacha games. Overall it's a dark fantasy korea grinder with resin.
Their marketing really is likely the worst I've ever seen. During the beta in Oct., they seemed to only market it to PC gaming sites, where many tend to hate mobile, and gacha. Then before launch they pumped out a pile of videos, and posts to their social media, but seemed to make no effort to show it to new people, so mostly only those already following the game likely saw them. Now a month after launch, they're finally doing what they should have done from the start, by trying to push it more to a mobile audience. The best I could say is that their first apparent marketing push has come after the drama has died down.
I tried it, but to me it KINDA feels like a downgrade to what was Echoes of mana (there's way more stuff but the gameplay just doesn't cut it for me, doesn't feel as enjoyable)

It looks a lot like Vanillaware, which is among the highest praise one can give
And thats where the praise stops
Deadass, game of the year 2024. Amazing plot and world building.
