Hi Richard. I've been learning about your interview videos since 2021, I would have to say that I've been interviewed for 15 Hotels in 2022 using your tips, they were all amazed at how I answered all of their questions perfectly. All of the 15 hotels accepted me and it was quite hard for me to decide which one is the best for me, but I chose Atlantis Palm Dubai as my company and here I am now. Thank you so much for your videos, I've been learning all of the 17 questions of your videos and one thing that I noticed was, Interviewers really like someone who applies the real experience to their answers. For instance when I was asked "how could you handle conflict with co-worker", I answered it by giving the real issue when my co-worker was being dismissive of my opinions. They just wanted to know your personality by the way you put the real experience of yours, not a scripted issue, that's why I could be accepted for 15 hotels. Thanks so much once again.
