- In this episode of this series, we will start off with a engine tuning software update by JB4. Followed by a new of custom European NSX headlight with black housing. Then moving onto the SOS iLift Air suspension system and finished off with a brand new set of wheels and tires by Mita Motorsports.

On modern US cars, no one seems to care legally anymore once you get the car. Not sure how it is in Canada. JDM and Euro guys been doing this for years. It’s just getting the confidence to crack open very expensive lights lol

Nice car. But what’s the reason for wheel spacers with the factory wheels? Spacing out the wheels changes the suspension geometry
So what they painted black inside the headlight is a chrome strip that all the 17-21 NSX have.
Personally like the OE wheels better than those reps.
How about a MDX Type S on the channel !

What all did you have to modify to mount the ilift system into the type s? Anything on the ilift or car that you had to change, switch, cut, modify?

Can you do a headlight beam pattern test for the euro headlights against a flat wall at 15 ft?
The operation of the headlights seem to be the same as the USDM
@@ahcgarage The Euro headlight must have a different beam pattern than US DOT headlights. Are you saying they're the same except for the orange side reflector?
Is the engine capable of achieving 1000hp ? I never really seen anyone on yt with one that has that much hp if the r35 could do it can the nsx do it or no ?
The ilift site says it's not compatible for the type S. 2017-2021 only. How did u guys make it work and what is the reason the site says it's not compatible with the type S?

There's a few folks have installed JB4 on the MDX-S and got very good result.

The car is well engineered no doubt from Honda but the biggest mistake they made was to go with a V6 instead of a twin turbo V8! A V6 just doesn't cut it anymore no matter how much you supplement it with battery power!!!
Hate to say it but dont ya think the aftermarket parts devalue the car? I mean its a 200k plus car 1 of 300 in North America. Plus those aftermarket wheels dont match the car. Just my 2 cent.

I would agree. Top dollar is typically paid for unmolested cars. This is a cool project and I hope the owner enjoys the results. Kind of doubt the goal was return on investment. This perspective is coming from someone with a stock 2017 NC1.

wow, TIL the NSX used a Cosworth sourced block 8 years after its introduction....I have to say I am disappointed. Honda, one of the best engine builders decided to outsource their halo car's motor? God damn bean counters, Soichiro & Senna would be pissed.
