Usually infection presents with fever increasing pain esp at night redness and swelling in the knee. Usually comes by day 14 around suture removal.
Without injury or fall there are usually no problems that u can encounter. Aggressive unsupervised physio can also lead to a problem. If all these are negative likely everything is fine

I think you should consult your doctor. Rehab is painful but usually not unbearably painful.

It is expected that usually the knee should gain full range of movement by 3 months in case of ACL injury or multiple injury to the knee. The stiffness may be disabling if not treated within 3 months post surgery.

My physio season of 1 months was very good. After 2 I left the walk stick. But after 10 days I was feeling pain and swelling in the inner side of the knee. And now today is 9th day, today I can't bare this inconvenience.

Sir, I salute to your kind and helping approach towards everyone. I got my ACLR plus Lateral meniscotomy done two weeks ago for left leg. After removal of bandage etc, I realised that there is no sensation and numbness in portion of leg below knee (over shin bone and muscle mass outer side in first half lenght) I understand it must be some nerve damage. But Will it go? Do nerves regenerate?
Okay. So this is a usual complication of harvesting the hamstring graft. Its not uncommon. The numbness may persist but should get better from day 1 post surgery in about 6 months to an year. Best wishes

Hi ! You should achieve complete range of movement last by 3 months. Usually this is achieved in cases of simple ACL reconstruction from 6 weeks to 8 weeks. If there are procedures associated with it, the full range gain may take upto 3 months also as advised by the primary surgeon.

It is a known complication of Peroneal tendon grafting. Usually settles in 6 months to a year depending on biology.

Dear anjaneya , Painful knee is never an indication for ACL reconstruction. Instability is the primary indication. Pain can be because of several other reasons. ACL reconstruction can only decrease the pain that one has due to episodes of instability.

Recovery is not uniform for everyone. Some do better than others. Some may have slower recovery. But in the end recovery needs consistent efforts
