So I was having problems with my right elbow and left hand ... Pain and suffering after each round! I am a 2 handicap and have a pretty firm swing and solid game.... Never ever would have dreamed of grips on my clubs being my problem with injury and slightly inconsistent results with the game. I dove in and put a full re grip on all clubs in my bag with the JMX zen lite medium size and I will never go back to standard grips ever again!! My first round of play with maybe 10 balls on the range.... I posted a 68!!!
So about four range sessions and gap sessions later, I am so very impressed! I have actually been able to FEEL where the club is throughout my entire swing and it's so wonderful! At 47 years old... Maybe senior tour!!! LOL - great review buddy! Cheers

I was gaming a Prosimmon Air Attack big butt shaft in 2005. I was driving the ball 50m further than the grip I normally gamed. 310m compared to 360m. I didn’t realise why at the time, but I worked it out a couple of years ago. It also makes it really easy to get a One Plane swing…

Great video, judging by the video of you at the range the hand injury was probably caused by slapping the mat so hard. It's hard to practice on mats because we are supposed to hit a divot and the mat gets in the way of that so your joints take damage. If in your area, try to find a grass range!

I had massive problem with grip pressure a couple of years ago that caused severe hand pain. Tried out the Ultralite large and haven't looked back, amazing grips!

I come from a tennis background and the regular old fashioned grips all felt way to thin and I now are ramped up to JumboMax Ultralite medium and will never go back. Love them and can now play loveless as pressure and friction are way better. 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻

Put it on my driver it is LIT! No hooks or slices the ball does not move much at all which is awesome 👏

I actually have these exact grips on my wedges and have found it helps a lot around the green to ensure I close the face, don’t skull it (at least less) and can be more direct with my ability to manage my distance as the wedges work everything from 120 yards in for me.

Interesting review, I have just purchased one of the exact same JMX Zen Lite grips as you and will fit one of my backup 6 irons with it later this week, it feels quite similar to a Tour Velvet but a little firmer, I usually play midsize grips but chose the standard jumbo which is one size larger so we'll see how they perform for me, so which size were you playing?

I use the heavier option and my ball flight rose considerably, not something I wanted but the ball goes so straight that I don't really mind, maybe in the lighter grips it would go lower.

Yeah my ball became really low and hard to control! I’ve just put out an updated review, check it out!

I never listen to people about equipment, golf is such an individual game, that you must experiment with what you feel comfortable with

I have the JMX Lites! Probably around the size up Midsize… really liked them.
They only took a few weeks! 😊

@@jxshkxng yes, in this case they are, didnt realise he was coming from misdsize grips. But jumbomax arent really the same weight. sometimes they are much lighter or much heavier depending on the model.

Tks for the info, What's your hand size? from the tip of middle finger to the wrist crease. Just curious because I was thinking about changing.

Hey Sam, so you switched out all your grips and are playing these? I’ve been considering oversized grips for some times as I have numerous hand injuries. I have been meaning to replace the 7 iron and SW on my backup irons to fool around with, but it sounds like you are diving right in? Very curious to see how it goes for you over time. Thanks!

After a good few rounds… the wedges are fantastic but I’m struggling to transition with the irons. Still swaying to keep them or switch them back… I’ll be releasing a new video soon with my decision.

Can these be put on with compressed air or will they only go on with tape and solvent?

@@infiniteflight9553 Too thick, in that they can't be put on with compressed air? Have you tried? I've only had an issue with one grip recently, and that was a Golf Pride Reverse Taper grip which are a bit plastic-like, rather than rubbery, and I had to use tape and solvent in the end, which is annoying, as it's a waste of money if I don't get on with it and have to cut it off.

Elite Fit Golf is a You Tuber that is a club fitter. He has these on his list of OK to install with compressed air.
