I love how gentle you are whilst kicking our ass😂 but really. Other vids move so fast and they’re like sweaty personal trainers in the gym like “push yourself!! Go harder!! Etc” I do so much better with more relaxed workouts that still get the burn in, so thank you ma’am 🙏🏽💖☀️
One of my weakest body parts is my upper body and this workout on DAY 9 of the JANUARY WORKOUT CHALLENGE GOT ME BURNING IN ALL DIFFERENT WAYS THE BURN FEELS SO GOODDDDDDD

I tend to avoid upper body exercises ‘cause I hate I’m not strong enough; but your combinations keep pushing me forward!

January 9th: I’m way overweight and decided to do this had to revised some of the steps since I couldn’t really do them like sit-ups I can’t even do so I switched to trying to get my shoulders off the ground as much as possible. I also for the going in and out movement with bicep curls I put my hands behind my back and curled my legs in and out while keeping my abs tight. I can’t weight to come back to this workout when I have progress🥰

Yesterday I started off with a full body from some other channel and today I did this one. I'm in pain now, I can only imagine my pain tomorrow. Vegan, trying to get fitter. I needed an arm and ab workout all in one. I have to admit I liked it very much. I had to do some modifications, but I still felt the burn. Thank you
You should make a “favorites” total body workout with all the MadFit signature moves!!! Some that come to mind: tricep dip toe touch, side plank dip, plank up-down to mountain climber, and of course the wall sit. 😊

Intense home ab workouts are my favorite! with or without weights, i try to use my 2lb ones at least. anyways gotta say my neck and collar bone muscles are also feeling the burn and i’ve had to stretch my neck a lot lately 😂

I love, love, love your workouts! Do them every day. Shooting over a request... I have Lupus and a lot of exercises cause me to flare, which is why I love your knee-friendly workouts. I'd love to see some neck-friendly workouts as well. I find that I flare really bad in my neck after ab workouts but REALLY need to work my abs, lol 😂 Please and thank you 🙌🏽

Woooow my shoulders are feeling PUMPED!! I can barely type right now... I was struggling during the last plank jacks + shoulder taps but I got like a workout high and pushed through. I’m proud of myself that I did it with the same 10 pound weights the entire way through, mostly because it’s the only pair I havenlol
I really enjoy all of your workouts! They are so easy to follow and I really like the fact that they are between 10-20 minutes long, because I feel like it's easier to stay motivated to workout if you know it's not for hours and hours. I personally don't go to the gym, because it's expensive and takes more time. I only do your workouts and I do them 4-6 times a week, and I do feel and see a difference. I feel and look stronger, and I also feel more confident! So thank you so much for all the great workouts!

I don't really feel like jumping or the one's that you get up from the floor, I don't feel comfortable doing that with the periodt but i'm here with a commitment pack that I did to myself and I'm really proud
