  • Extra fat in your thighs can make simple tasks difficult like walking or going up a flight of stairs that is why it's necessary to focus on this part of the body as well.
    Today's workout video is an exercise that focuses on your legs and thighs, enabling you to work your lower body muscles to burn the excess fat and tone your muscles as you go along.
    Each routine included in the video lasts for about 1 minute making the whole video last for 23 mins including rest times! 😀 If you're ready to make that change and get into gear, let's begin the workout today! Good luck and keep exercising everyday until you see results!💪❤️

    I see many 11-13 year old girls in these comments trying to lose weight because they’re insecure. I want to point out that you are beautiful no matter what. You don’t need to be skinny to “look better” (not saying any of you are doing it to look better). You’re still young, still eat ice cream and candy all day still eat cake. You’re still growing :)

      i do gymnastics and dance and all the girls in my gym make fun of me for my thighs😅😅 and I also need to start working out a bit more since I took about a month's break but I just can't seem too loose weight :(

    hey i just started this workout so i’ll be updating everyday for two weeks! (results will be included)
    day 1 - i’m sweating and out of breath. my legs feel a bit shaky and sometimes hurt when i walk 😩 i took a couple of few second breaks in the middle of some of the workouts because oh i needed to. no change but it’s the first day though i feel good about myself!
    day 2 - my legs ached a bit when i woke up but i felt more confident. my legs hurt so much on the squats i had to take breaks but overall i think it went pretty good. i am still sweating but not very out of breath. no changes yet but it’s only the second day.
    day 3 - this workout was the best by far! still struggling on the squats though but it’s been better! no physical changes yet but it’s only day 3 but my legs and thighs feel slimmer and lighter! i feel more confident! ❤️
    day 4 - i was sweating less but those squats! my legs were definitely sore cause i had track practice today (i’m a sprinter). i am starting to develop a small thigh gap! this morning my things/legs felt slimmer and so did my stomach! i am so excited to continue this!
    day 5 - rest day
    day 6 - this was a good one! i took less breaks and felt good! i was sweating a bit but not so much ached. i can see and feel a little thigh gap developing and my stomach feels slimmer. i feel lighter!
    day 7 - i can see a small difference in my legs and thighs. my thigh gap is starting to get more noticeable! i feel so much more confident and slimmer. my stomach feels tighter too! i did this workout a couple minutes after i ate so the squats were very hard on me but other than that it was good! (i’ll update tomorrow)

    I been doing it for 3 days now, and my legs feels more toned and stronger, not bigger just toned and feel more energetic. Have problem with bad cirkulationen in legs, smal upper body and a bigger butt and legs so im so happy it seems to work. Will be doing it for a month 👍

    Just finished doing this before going to bed. is it okay I do this while wearing my pj's anyways my legs is shaking lol and it hurts everytime I walk I shake oml 💀
    Edit:omg Idk if I could do this I couldn't resist the foods here 😩
    Well I did it I didn't give up lmao
    Day 1:it hurts so bad I can't even walk straight 〰️👄〰️
    Day2:I skip some of them and my legs is still in pain
    Day3: I can already see some difference and my legs are not in pain anymore I finished the whole exercise
    Day4: skip cause I have you know girl things. 👀
    Day5:I can already see a difference between my legs and when i did the exercise it doesn't hurt that much now not like on the first day i did the exercise it hurts so bad.
    Day6:I did the exercise my legs are getting slimmer( A BIT)
    Day7:i started noticing that my stomach is getting flat too when i did the exercise.
    Day8:i did the exercise but skipped some because I'm so exhausted 💀
    Day9: rest day🤩😚
    Day10:I already see some difference i have a leg gap now🥳and my calves are more slimmer and my thighs are slim(a bit) and when I did the exercise it doesn't hurt that much anymore but it still burns
    (Anyways I've been doing this for a weeks now and sorry for not updating 🧚‍♀️✨yes it actually slimmed down my THIGHSSS I'M SO HAPPY my calves slimmed down too. I'm so happy😭💗 tysm! my thighs before we're 59cm to 52cm and i will continue this everyday i also have thigh gap now☺️. So if you will try this exercise don't give up because your hardwork will payoff! 😚❤️)

    I'm gonna do this for a week. I'll update everyday (can't promise)
    Day 1: I lost a couple calories but my legs look the same. My legs are definitely burning though.
    Day 2: My legs are much stiffer than yesterday, I'm burning more calories than yesterday. I just realized that the excersises are helping my upper body too.
    Day 3: I'm starting to see a couple more changes. My stomach seems a bit flatter and my legs look a bit skinnier. I'm excited for the end result!
    Day 4: I can almost put my hands around my legs. I'm really happy with the results so far.

    i did this workout first day today so i’ll keep u guys updated.
    day 1- did it all without taking breaks in between. it wasn’t as hard but it did get my blood boiling my face red and sweaty ofc!! but that’s what we want so see you tomorrow.
    (i never did it ever again 💀)

    This is an amazing workout, I’ve been doing it but if you don’t workout a lot, you may feel a little sick doing it sometimes. If you do stop and drink some drink, when the feeling goes away then restart or start in the morning. Also if you need to take longer break, don’t push yourself ❤️

    If this helps guys, try to do it in the morning I’ll give you a schedule! (Put ur alarms on!)
    6:00 a.m.: Wake up get ready
    6:30 a.m.: do the workout
    7:00 a.m.:eat breakfast
    12:00 p.m.: eat lunch
    3:00 p.m.: eat dinner
    (And if you have school days)
    5:30 a.m.: get ready
    6:00 a.m.: workout
    7: a.m.: eat breakfast
    4:00 p.m.: eat dinner

    Hey guys I'll be doing this 7 times in a day an I will tell u how I feel after each 1 I'm doing it 7 times to count it up as its. A week
    1st workout: hard very hard most of the exercise were difficult but I made it now I'm going to do the 2nd workout in a hour! 😊
    2nd workout:was better I saw a change but not much but I’m getting better at doing it!
    3rd workout : There is a big change I have seen in my body hopefully it gets better by the end!
    4th workout : it’s actually not as hard anymore and I have seen a big change!
    5th workout : ok I’m back in the second day because I couldn’t do it all in a day I’m very sorry but this really works I lost 2.2 kg wow !
    6th workout: i am really proud of my self i never thought I would loose this much weight!!!
    7th workout: oh my god I really recommend this I have lost 5kg just from this 😃😃 I am very happy hopefully if you were scrolling through the comments to see if this worked now you know it really works I really recommend this thank you so much I just subscribed ❤️

    i just came back from a 3 hour lax practice so nothing was perfect, but this workout is super motivating tbh. I’ll keep y’all updated every day!
    Day 1: ✅ some workouts were easy some were difficult, but overall not that bad.
    Day 2: ✅ the workout wasn’t as hard as it was yesterday!! though i am pretty sore lol, definitely worth it though!! 💪
    Day 3: ✅ I wasn’t feeling my best bc girl things so it was a little bit harder than yesterday, i’m noticing a slight difference in my legs!!
    Day 4: ✅ I had a 3 and a half hour lax practice, but i still did all of the workouts lol and my legs are super sore.

    Day 1: I was sweating so bad it hurt and I hardly finished ( AND BISSS I WAS SHAKY THE WHOLE DAYYY )
    Day 2 : the same as day one it hurt so bad lol
    Day 3 : it was easier and my legs slimmed a bit
    4 : ( last day) it was much easier and my legs definitely got slimmer ( also I was at my grandmother's house for the weekend so sorry for not updating)

    Im 11 yes under the age of 16!!!!
    and i am already insecure about my body. My friends always say stop your skinny as but i know it isn’t true. To my 11 year olds out there be who you are even though your not over weight or skinny because at the end of the day your beautiful!! I have learnt that i am proud and just grateful for my body because (no offence to this TH-cam video this TH-cam video is awesome) I don’t need these! Because I have just realised that I am the right weight I have skinny thighs, decent body and I am proud I have this body!!

    Hey guys! So a week ago I finally decided that it was time to make change.
    As said I started a week ago with working out and watching what I eat. I worked out everyday, sometimes less or more than other times. I found this channel just today, and I’ve been doing a few of the workouts, so I thought I’d come and update if anyone wants that :)
    First week I lost 2kg, all I did was exercise and drink about a gallon of water a day (approximately 4 liters) I did NOT go on a diet, but the one falling of water a day would really fill me up, made me feel less hungry at times of the day where I’d be dying to eat something. I also noticed that I would rather snack on berries or an orange than a bag of chips.
    So even tho I didn’t go on a diet, I did eat a bit cleaner and just a tip, I know a lot of people (including me) who just ‘pressure’ themselves to eat everything’s than on the plate, but instead you should make the portions smaller and STOP when you’re not hungry anymore, that helped me a lot.
    So if anyone wants me to update let me know :)

    So its been 3 days with workout and surprisingly I see change. My thigs are thinner, and my stomach is slowly growing abs. And I didnt use a diet, I've been eating fast food normally and yet it still works!
    Its been 5 days!! So much change!!!

    Im trying this for 2 weeks and I hope it works! im also going to update u guys not promising tho:)
    Day 1: ✅ omg im sweating so much its like I’ve been running for hours and i can’t feel my legs
    Day 2: ✅ im sweating so much but it was easier than the first day
    Day 3: ✅ a bit easier than day 2
    Day 4: ✅ feels a lot more easier seems like my body got used
    Day 5: ❌ didn’t do it yesterday
    Day 6: ✅ did it except the two last workouts
    Day 7: ✅ so i measured my thighs and l’ve lost like 2 cm from both my thighs so i might do this exercises for a month🤷🏾‍♀️
    Day 8: ✅ I feel so much more motivated than my first day🙌🏾

    HERE ARE MY UPDATES ON THESE WORKOUTS:
    Day 1: definitely tiring, doing this on a diet, no physical changes YET. Felt really good after doing this along w some other excercises. Most of these exercices were pretty difficult for me.
    Day 2: Really sore thighs and stomach, some of the workouts were hard but I managed. There are little physical changes but I’m feeling pretty good and I’m progressing. Still doing this on a diet w some other exercices. Will update tomorrow.

    Day 1: couldn't even complete the workout but did most of it

    Day 2 : completed the workout successfully but there is so much pain in my legs

    Day 3 : finished the workout and the pain is being reduced I can feel a change

    Day 4: it's so much easier! Am really happy I feel I'll make a progress soon

    day 1: tired a bit sore, but I don't see a difference yet
    day 2: I finished with confidence, and I am sweating, keeping my leg up is painful but I got through it! no difference yet left thigh:60 cm right thigh:61 cm
    day 3: finished, I don't think there's a change yet, a bit hard but it's getting better.
    day 4: finished, not out of breath at all, squat in and out was still challenging took 2 breaks, overall: it went great!
    day 5: I completed the workout it went great but still needed one break for the squat in and out, no thigh change yet, I am trying to do this for 1 month
    day 6: finished to workout, squats in and out are getting better, right thigh: 58cm left thigh: 57 cm (I update thighs every 3 days) thigh goal is 46 cm for both
    day 7: I finished, pretty sweaty squats are getting better (doing this for a month)
    day 8: Done! not tired but went a bit slower because of (period); otherwise, it went great! 👍
    day 9: it went great! I didn't take any breaks for the squat in and out! I feel good 🤠
    day 10: went really good! I had my brain thinking and I did the workout without even noticing I finished! right thigh 56 cm left thigh 54 cm
    day 11: complete! my thighs are getting smaller but I still don't have my thigh gap yet, maby I can check my leg results in a month when I finish

    day 19: d-o-n-e-! I can't believe I have gotten this far, today was good, and the workout isn't challenging anymore!

    day 21: c-o-m-p-l-e-t-e-!, finished sweating a bit since I put extra energy! Right thigh: 54 cm left thigh: 53 cm goal 46 cm!

    Day 1: first time doing it and my legs are sore as well. Surprisingly my stomach is also sore
    Day 2: still hurts a lot in the first 5 minutes, but getting easier as it progresses
    Day 3: today it went by pretty quickly, but not seeing any change yet
    Day 4: I am going to my friends house to swim in her pool, so ✨skip day✨

    i am going to do this workout to try and have thinner legs during school. i have promised myself to maintain a healthy diet with no sugar and to test it out for a week because i believe this workout may help me alot! i will update everyday ❤
    day 1: i tried most of these and skipped a few that made loud sounds because my parents were downstairs. overall i was a bit sweaty and thirsty although my legs were making a gap, which is amazing!

    day 2: I continued to follow the video and this time I wasn’t that sweaty nor thirsty, and it was easier.

    OKAY so I’m feeling motivated all of the sudden so I’m hoping to do this every day for a couple of weeks and keep y’all updated!! (im also planning to do 100 sit-ups every day to get that ✨snatched✨ stomach) so hopefully I can stick with this!!! I’m 13, 5’5, weigh 120 pounds and my thighs are 21’ inches LETS GET THIS YA’LL!!
    Day 1: OH GOD I was fine until the squat jumps and scissor kicks 😭 but overall wasn’t too bad, i have pretty muscular legs to begin with I’m just rlly trying to slim them down!

    Day 2: OKAY SO WOAH i just woke up and felt way skinner, like my stomach feels and looks waay flatter and i have no idea how!! maybe the flutter kicks??🕺 BUT ANYWAYS the workout felt a bit easier today and my legs sure felt the burn😋

    I’m gonna be recording my days through out this workout! 🥰
    Day 1- I was really! Out of breathe and partially couldn’t feel my legs for some of it, also took short amount of breaks through out the video to kinda get used to it but still powering on. 🤣
    Day 2- not as tired honestly still struggled on some of the squats but that’s alright but haven’t seen a difference yet but I hopefully will soon. 🤞
    Day 3- it was much easier than expected! I can now see a gap between my thighs which is great!

    Hey guys I’m starting this workout today to try and slim down my thighs because I’m so insecure about them because they are HUGE.
    Start date: July 2 (also I’m trying to lose weight, for reference I’m 12 years old, about 5’3, and 120 pounds. People might say I’m still growing so I don’t need to lose weight, but I feel like I have a lot of fat on my body. I’m also trying to eat healthier and be in a calorie deficit (but it’s really hard)!

      People say that I don’t need to lose weight but I do because I’m 11, almost 12 and I’m like 100 something and 4’10 so sense I’m short and I have think legs it looks like I’m fat. Its just my muscle and bone rubbing on my hip which makes a clicking sound. I haven't seen results because I haven't been doing all the exercises but I am stretching everyday to get my fitness back

    I weigh 92 I am ten but my height is five foot one I have been really skinny for the past three years but quarantine happened and i gained 10 pounds like only on my thighs 😂🤣 going to do this for 5 days 💖(edit) it worked! I did it a week ago I am happy 😊 I have gained a little back but you can’t even tell my thighs and stomach are soooooo skinny yayyyyyy

    I will see if this works (start weight: 50,8 kg i think, i didnt weigh myself before the workout but two weeks ago i weight 50 kg, height 158cm. Im skinny but my legs looks kinda muscular, only a little bit)
    Day 1: i did the workout with my friend and it was not that hard. The next day i didnt have any pain in my legs 🤔(weight: 51,1 kg)
    Day 2: i did the workout with my friend, it was easy just like the first day, my legs feel a little bit skinnier and harder. I feel like the squats make my legs bigger (weight: 52 😳 my weight is going up fast that is weird)
    Day 3: i skipped because i had pe at school (didnt weigh myself)
    Day 4: did the workout with a friend, it was a tiny bit harder than last time because of the rest. (Weight before workout: 52.7kg Weight after workout 52.2kg) yay i went down finally. I feel like my legs have less thigh gap than before but i trust the progress
    Day 5: oh nooo haahaha i ate 4 taco wraps and alot of candy today (my weight: 52,9 😯) oh snap. I did the workout alone but this time i was more sweaty and my legs are a bit more shaky (Didnt weight myself after, but probably went a bit down. Probably, 52,3)
    Day 6: i have a little bit pain in my calves from yesterday, i only see a tiny bit progress. I think i will skip today but i went on a long walk 👍 (i dont know how much i weight, i wil try to not eat unhealthy candy all the time)
    Day 7: oooooppppsssss i skipped today too, im so stoopid, my stomach is alot smaller today, i will do it tomorrow.(i didnt weigh myself today)
    Day 8: skipped im so lazyyy(i forgot it)
    Day 9: um i lost count but i think this is the ninth day, i didnt weigh myself but i know i weigh less than last time.
    Day 10: i had PE at school so i skipped
    11: my legs hurrtt ahhaha, and my friend said my legs were skinny. Im going to do 15 days because i skipped so many

    What’s funny is I eat a lot and don’t gain weight but my thighs are huge and I seat beside my crush in class so I don’t want to look like I have giant tight so I have doing this for 2 days and I am really tired.     I see so many people not sticking to their days, so I'll do this for anyone who's still here.
    I'm 5'5 and I weigh 232 pounds.
    Day 1: Dyinggggg. But it feels really good, def helps you lose a sweat.
    Day 2: My legs are soooo sore!! But I did it. I feel good. I had some oatmeal with yogurt, raisins, and a bagel for dinner afterwards and lots of water.
    Day 3: Took a break from the legs today. Did some arm and stomach exercises instead.
    Day 4:Skipped a day because I was with family.
    Day 5: Did it, and I feel wonderful, and I still feel energized, so I'm going to do other workouts as well. :)

    I'm here because I want to prove to everybody at my school and my family that I'm not just a chubby person that I'm much more and all people seem to care about these days are looks I don't see myself as pretty by the way i wish people can just love me for me and stop caring for looks i cried after doing these exercises because I just couldn't believe that I have to do this I mean I do have 2-3 friends but I wish the popular kids would just stop saying just like "you are to big" and such to the "not so popular crowd" if anybody has advice I will take it

    Im gonna try it everyday for 1 week and if it's effective I'll continue it and wait for my updates. Im just a 12 years old becoming 13 on october and when i was grade 6, my favorite doing is to eat and when you pinched my cheeks it so soft and my belly is fat but not too much and all of the fats go to my legs and my arms are fine its not fat and not slim and my weight is just 35 and it's not obvious that my belly is so many fats and my legs because when you look at my face its just soft when you pinch and my arms are not fat and now i realized that i need to diet. My face lost some fats and my belly but my legs did not and when lockdown start and i start exercise for my legs but it just become softer that you can pinched. Im doing this to prove to them that i can be pretty too because my skin tone color is Sienna or Honey and they tempting me that im so dark and i always wear leggings to not see my legs but im thankful because I don't have any disorder
    Day 1) It so hard but i did it. My skin become softer. You can pinched it and when you pinched it it super softtt.

    I’m gonna update this every day:
    Day1-3/6/20: completed the whole workout, absolutely exhausting, no visible change Day2-4/6/20:completed it all, aching from yesterday a bit but pushing really hard, no visible changes yet
    Day3-5/6/20:I feel like the workout is getting easier, my legs ache the most they have, no visible change yet
    Day4-6/6/20:workout felt like it went quicker so that is good, my legs are beginning to feel less achy, not a visible change I can see yet

    Day 1 it kinda hurt but I was able to keep going I only did it once
    Day 2 I did it twice and I am dead
    Day 3 I’m really sore from yesterday I did it twice but my legs look a little bit skinnier
    Day 4: I’m starting to improve on the exercises I did it once and went on a long walk
    Day 5 I’m getting really tired but my mom noticed a difference
    Day 6 my legs are looking stronger and I skipped most of the breaks
