Ha....this is awesome! My boss needed to do some testing of his desert racing machine for the day, so we flew in to the Parker airport. It was a day that i'd normally do airport appreciation (just hang out and wait for him to return). But, I brought my college aged daughter with for the day. We had something like a Suzuki Swift car or something like that. So, we went up to Lake Havasu to show her the London Bridge. Then we went back down to go see the Nellie E Saloon, aka The Desert Bar. As we turned off the highway on to the dirt road, fairly quickly , we saw a few folks just off the dirt road shooting. As we went farther, more and more were shooting. Some were camping there, some were there for the day. In some spots , the groups were bigger such as several families shooting together. There were pet dogs, cats, pigs, etc. Babies crawling around. Of note: everybody was safe. Family members, kids, animals were all behind the firing lines. ha...my daughter was somewhat mortified as she really hadn't seen this many folks enjoying their rights to shoot on public lands. Anyways, off we continued in the Swift rental car! It definitely was bumpy; we bottomed out occasionally. We arrived to the Desert Bar about 15 minutes after they opened up. The parking lot was PACKED! A great place to visit for anyone passing by. Watch out on their website; they are only open in the winter for a couple of months.
We almost stopped to put a few downrange but had a long drive ahead of us.
I think I'll come back to you're page once the pandemic is over so I don't need to cringe every time I see people too close together without masks on. Best of luck!

Very cool place. We took our dirtbikes a couple of years ago & arrived just before they opened, beating all the dusty traffic. Good times.

Yeah we were surprised at the prices...beers were $3 and inexpensive food.

This was so cool to see! When Ausia from “Pandamonium” was here 2yrs ago, I was very impressed by all those solar panels on the roof of the place! We were there a few years ago in our Lincoln, took it easy and worked just fine. Really enjoyed the bar.

That place has grown! I went there a couple times when I was in YUMA from '86 to '92.

Oh my gosh! I was so excited to see Traveling Robert! Love him and also follow his travels. I DID miss you all. The video and content seemed to change some. I thought maybe you were contracted to only being able to post for the off roading company. Hope that is not the case as I loved the free spirit of your videos where you talk about "whatever" you all are doing. I think my spouse and I would LOVE the dessert bar, esp if they had craft beer but the adventure of it would be fun. Ya'll be safe!

There were signs that said no overnight parking...
Did you air down before heading towards the bar? How tall was that old train truss you went under? Our TC is 11ft 12in...wondering if we would clear.
We didn’t air down. It would have made the ride a lot smoother but for 10 miles total it wouldn’t be worth the time.
My assumption from what I saw is that you’d fit but can’t say for certain. There wasn’t a height marker on the bridge.

I think all these rigs are awesome.
But I would use my 69 F250 Ranger as my rig. It is simple to operate and fix. It’s not 4x4 but has excellent ground clearance and a manual transmission. Maybe I couldn’t go everywhere but I wouldn’t go everywhere even with 4x4.

I've seen this place on other You-Tubers channels, its a very interesting place. While in Courtside AZ did you happen to run into Panda Monium and her tribe? There always camping in that area.
We didn't see her - we primarily stuck to ourselves and away from other people when we were camping.

With the conditions when we went, yes. I wouldn't go if there was any weather (rain, etc).
