What I love is not only is he a trained Cantor but comes from generations of them. He has never been tattooed out respect to his grandfather and his heritage. He removes his piercings when going to see him. So, not only is he a master at his craft but a respectful one. Beautiful!!!

He was very ill with Flu but insisted on carrying on. He had to sit in case he collapsed. I'm 63 and I am a new fan since this.🏴
When David's performance was over all forms of communications into the studio crashed from the volume of calls texts, tweets, what ever they had. Made history that night. Paul Simon sent David a message that the song was his. And added it to his own play lists
I think David Draiman has one of the best voices performing right now. His technique and power just blows me away!

Never heard of Disturbed until i heard this song , blew me away !!! Am now a big fan , have seen them perform live including this song . Fave songs , Prayer , Stricken , Into the Fire , Are you Ready , and yeah quite a few more . One of the best singers out there imho
The night before this he was in the hospital sick as hell. High fever, etc. That's why he's setting on a stool.

This song and David’s voice sucked me into the world of Disturbed. NEVER liked metal until I heard David sing. Now I listen to them practically every day. I also listen to Pentatonix. So whiplash has become my friend. 😅 thank you for reacting to this. I’ll see you on the next one.
I absolutely love disturbed and their version of this song. David’s voice is like no other! But I also want to say Thank you for your service both as a veteran and LEO. I’m a former Special Agent (state not fed); baseball mom; girl’s fastpitch softball mom; and dog mom of 3. Love your reaction!!!
Good review. I am 78 this year and I remember 1964 when this came out by S&G. Just look at all that has happened to our world of technology since 1964 to 2023. Disturbed did an excellent version in a way that speaks to our current generation. I have watched this probably 50 times since I found it in early July, 2023. David Draiman and his band just reached out and grabbed my attention 100%. I like their official video really since it has the pictures and the words that explain very well. With David's voice, it blows it out of the water every time I listen to it. I have played it over and over.
I love the original, as well as disturbed official video. This ones much better for the fact that David was hella sick. High fever. Thats what he's sitting down.

Both versions are great in their own way I love them both and would not recomend one ove the other like so may others do in fact my advice watc them both make up your own mind
Please keep reacting to disturbed and the incomparable David Draiman!! I'm sure people have told you that David was really sick that night with a 102° fever. The band insisted that he sit for feet that he might collapse during the performance!!
There is aso a version from a disturbed concert with Myles Kennedy from Alter Bridge. Its also outstanding.
