Despite a lack of any enemies or even action, today's clip presents some exciting possibilities if you're looking to skip a significant portion of the Derelict Citadel and its mechanical sentries. If this particular tile presents itself, you can count on two things. First, the Lobby lies just ahead should you need Integrity. Second, look up: that Icarian Grapnel hold is, somehow, impossibly, within reach.
Housemarque's RETURNAL celebrates its third birthday on 2024 April 30. Between now and then, new content will be posted to the Archive to mark this milestone. This content consists of clips recorded in previous years that had been overlooked, as well as gameplay footage recorded recently when, missing my adventures on Atropos, I picked up a PlayStation 5 controller once again and set out as Selene in search of some sort of salvation. Thereafter, on April 30 itself and weekly through June 4, all-new, full-biome runs will be shared to celebrate this gem of a game.
