"im nervous for myself... every day of my life"
damn i really felt that
you can see the positive energy being sucked out of the room when Adam comes
Don't all bosses do that...
I relate very much to Molly's anger toward Adam when he poopoos the 'nduja.
this did not age well....

As much as I enjoy BA contents, the other reason I really enjoy them is because the comment section is thriving with wholesome funny comments as well hahaha. Keep up the good work BA, and continue contributing everyone 😁😘
YES finally someone sad it, love this community so much!
It reminds me of Reddit a bit, everyone in the comments seem more sensible and funny than average people on the internet. Probably because kids don’t care about food that much lol
One of the rare comment sections where it's not toxic...yet
Carla - Mum
Chris - Dad
Brad - Fun Uncle
Claire - Sensible Auntie
Mollie - Daughter
Andy - Son
molly is the b*tchy daughter. Just wanted to add that adjective. lol
100%
Best comment I’ve read under a BA video
Accurate
Molly - Rachel Ray with the acronyms and mom jokes
Chris - quietly competent, gets the job done with least fuss. Gold standard taste buds. Kind of like the pro assassin in movies - in, quick perfect shot, & out.
Claire - slowly unraveling under pressure. Also the scene with "Claire, we need to talk" reminded me of talking to a teen daughter.
Carla - cool mom who is secretly a pyro
Andy - thirst pics & extra
Wooden peal = bind blown.
Also, can I just say how much I love and appreciate how calm and put together Chris is?? He is the only sane person in the BA kitchen. Ahh, Chris is the best!
Emily Erickson Clair is also sabe but when it comes to tempered chocolate
Cos he's 'Tempered'.
I loooove how Adam is like, "mortadella doesn't get crispy," he crunches the crispy mortadella, cut to Adam being gone. LOL! ❤️💕
Honestly if they say "The dough can sense your fear" one more time I'm going to start dreaming about terrifying dough
The dough is coming! Dun dun duuu
That night, at 1am, Chris sneaked into the test kitchen to make a pineapple pizza by himself away from judging eyes. In the darkness, there was finally no-one to stop him.
Trust Chris to solve the pizza board sliding issue, he needs a Nobel piece prize.
More like nobel pizza prize am I right?

A Nobel Pie Piece?
I'm surprised it took them that long. I've been yelling at my monitor since they started.
I CANT STOP LAUGHING

Chris: [already has half the slice snorted up each nostril]
Chris; I'm a super taster

Molly: Drain it. You MUST drain it for 30 mins. Under no circumstances should you not drain it for 30 mins.
Andy and Chris: *already knowing they won't drain it for that long* 🙂
I mean, nobody likes a soaked pizza so I guess she had her reasons
@@AngryWindmill it turned out perfect so, unjustified reasons.

I appreciate how this series both aims to create and release their perfect pizza, and manages to show and semi-advertise great pizza places in the meantime. They're trying to make a better pizza while showcasing other people's greats, and I love that.
4:56 random Italian shopkeeper; low key final boss of pizza toppings
Dude was ready to throw hands lmao
After some reflection I can honestly say that this series is the most fun I've ever had on TH-cam. Best superhero group evar.
Man, the music editing in this episode was PHENOMENAL. Bless your editors, yet again.
I’m feeling this series. You guys took something so simple and made it complex, in the best possible way. It’s like watching a toddler build wit Legos- you know the end result will always be a building, but you’re so proud watching them
You guys must continue this!!!
these two are so underrated in my opinion. I really just love the whole crew but these small team ups really make you appreciate them individually at the same time....im emoting
Molly giving Adam attitude is literally life. I wish I could mess with my boss like that. Adam is such an amazing boss. I would kill to work for him

All I'm gonna say is if supertaster Chris says pineapple goes on pizza then pineapple goes on pizza. He is THE flavor authority in the BA test kitchen lol
My thoughts exactly
I wouldn't combine it with mozzarella though and they already decided to do mozzarella so fair enough.
@@syystomu I don't think it's so bad if it's balanced out with a bit of spice, I actually really like chicken tikka w/ pineapple and roast garlic with mozerella on pizza, it has the be the kind of tikka you get in a starter, not the saucy kind ofcourse!
That's what I was thinking! I'm no taste expert (picky eater, really), but I like pineapple on pizza (with ham and/or salami), and I felt validated. I mean, they all talk about how he has the best taste buds. That means he knows what's up! I just like sweet & savoury, my issue isn't people not liking it so much as people banishing the whole option!
He's wrong
Pineapple n Ham has grown on me a lot as I've aged. I'd choose it over pepperoni any day.

I feel sad Chris didn't get his pineapple pizza :( we need a video where he makes it.
3er dia Bakery pineapple is the best!!!!
No
Absolutely Yes
3er dia Bakery used to think pineapple didn’t go on pizza, but whatever Chris says I follow
Pineapple on pizza is awesome!
i love that the crust gets mentioned a bunch of times about how great it is, nice job claire and brad!

I like how Claire’s “the dough can sense your fear” made it through the grapevine
It was gold! --- and when it comes back ti her ...she is like "I know ..."
Molly having a go at the editor in chief and defending her ‘Nduja is everything
LMAO! Right!
Molly: "You're done here."
Molly lowkey roasting Adam is honestly everything
Molly is fearless.

Adam: *disagrees*
Molly: “Where do I keep that trash can where I put your opinions???”

Yeah Molly needs to work on her charisma because that attitude of hers is not pleasing AT ALL!
Julie i think her attitude is not for the light hearted people... because i really like her attitude
Julie oh you are standing alone with that opinion
Yeah... I love her sassiness. She's just messing around.
I would like to provide some props to the editor(s) for doing a really good job of keeping track of where they are in the process and what any given test cook is trying to achieve. Good work!

Had a pretty rough night tonight- was anxious and on the brink of a full on panic attack. Tried meditating, mindful breathing- nothing really worked. Decided to watch my favourite people at Bon Appetit to distract myself- and you guys, thank you so much. I don't when I stopped panicking and started getting on molly and Carla obsessing over cows and buffalos and cheese and Chris sassing over toppings. Thank you for what you do. 🥰
I just want to mention that I'm thoroughly enjoying this series and want BA to make more of these. The time investment to make this top quality really shines through and it's really the best culinary entertainment I've seen in a long time!
Molly talking to her boss is confidence goals.
IKR
They kinda do it a lot on Foodcast! They have great banter there. The whole staff is just so passionate about food.
@@PaulIsTheKillingestOnYT THEY HAVE A PODCAST??!?! where has it been all my life
In a real way it's Management and Boss goals too. Like no one was wincing that she was talking like that. Adam took it all in great stride. You get the sense that he fosters and encourages being a human being in the workplace. He didn't tell her what was wrong with the pizza, he gave helpful suggestions like anyone else on the team or show would have done as an equal.
I mean yes I would want an ounce of her confidence but it's also kinda inappropriate I think, the way she treats everyone.
Molly clapping back at the big boss. Oof. She's got some guts. Glad they have a pretty easy going relationship.
That guy was a jackass anyway.
BA seems like a great place to work at
F0XD1E he’s actually likeable in the bon appetite podcast but for some reason every time he’s appeared in their videos he comes across as super rude and dismissive

@@msergio0293 I like everything they've done, but this is definitely the best.
I’m sure they are. Its the only next logical step. Pizza and Burgers are in their own category of foods where they are as close as you can get to being universally liked.
I would also like a "spin-off" series where they explore foods of one category from all around the world. E.g. pancakes, dumplings... 🤗
Their workplace environment is so great there. Telling bossman that “you’re not in the show”????😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 love

I'm always impressed by how much all these chefs know. There's so much to learn when it comes to food. Thanks for sharing this BA.

Semolina?
I’ve worked in a couple pizzerias and felt the same way lol
My favorite part of this series was everyone having issues getting their pies onto the peel.

Gourmets savor the flavors and tastes, especially the more rare ones.
