ObiTrev this is an underrated comment
You had me until “we no speak americano”, which is a wrong translation of tu vuo fa l’americano. It means roughly “you think you are american”.
@@Whiskypapa isn't he just referencing the song Yolanda be Cool - We no speak Americano?
Cussing in Italian 😂😂😂😂
suncu91 yes.... and the song is a remix and wrongly translated from the original.
That moment when Chris pushed away Andy's sauce. LMAO 😂😂😂
I loved how Andy acted like a little blushing kid when he tried the California tomatoes. he just was so cute and acted like someone found out about his crush cause he was all flustered and speechless. this is the series I needed but never knew I needed.
the person who just wrote "sauce" on a post-it is me in any group project
I love how Chris has his own spoon ready in his pocket 21:54
most chefs do
He's like "yeah, I got this, professional here" ahaha
Hahaha it’s the little things
Just like Joey had his own fork in Friends.
i am alway had my favorite spoon tho...for no reason at all :D. It's just fit my mouth perfect
Andy: A HINT of garlic
Brad: Am I a joke to you?

Sam hey man I’m trying to grow my channel - can you help me out by checking out my videos and hopefully subscribing.
18 seconds in and already I love Chris just showing up out of nowhere going "Pizza is a dinner"
Seeing Andy's reaction to the California tomatoes is hands down the cutest thing
Thank god, this has been all I've been waiting for since Claire's episode
Yess!!
Same
"can I call back in half an hour?"

"BUT WHY?!?"

So adorable
never knew i needed to see a pouty andy yet here i am: lovin’ it
It's not as cute when you listen to it with your eyes closed.
i've watched bon appetit for a while, but "never sleep on the ugly duckling" made laugh so hard that i had to subscribe.
Lool, that part killed me.
This series was just an elaborate plan to steal Scarr’s recipe. 😂😂😂
I'm betting on it that he didn't totally give out his real techniques and recipes. Probably keeping certain ''secret ingredients'' for himself.
Molly being heart-warmingly nice to Brad is the most wholesome moment of 2019.
As much as I love the Claire/Brad combo, this is the most entertaining dynamic I've seen on BA so far. Please have Andy and Brad make all food from now on, on this channel and all channels.
The tape exchange is the funniest thing I've seen on this channel, period. 18:22
And the garlic at 20:00.
23:12 is my favorite, his face is hilarious I love
Andy is me, needing everything to be neat and organized. Brad is my best friend, literally just throwing some stuff together because "it's all fiiiine, let it be" and then it turns out better lol
The cups situation is hilarious. "Why?" and he cant even explain, the sheer insolence in asking "ASDFGHJ" he couldn't even answer. I love this dynamic so much. "Blame it on my mother"
"Remember, the dough can sense fear."
*jim like look at the camera*

"The sink is where the garbage goes"
"Oh you're one of those 🙄"
Im literally Brad right there hahaha
My sister throws "trash" in the sink all the time and it drives me nuts!
I hate that - you have to clean out the sink afterwards! Unless it's something so wet it needs to be wet, don't do that.
@@isawthesign4421 my ex used to do that. Like peel an egg into the sink. You are literally making your work harder since you have to clean those little pieces later.
Just like my mom. I don't contest it now, since I live away from home in a college dorm.
I thought most people had garbage disposals. Its ingrained in my mind to throw food in the sink, may be their excuse also.
16:15 I hope someday to make a man as happy as those California tomatoes made Andy
He's honestly one of the cutest men I've ever seen, he's freaking adorable
Brad and Andy’s Tom and Jerry friendship is so cute. Like you can tell they both rile each other up a lot, and always WANT to be the right one, but will concede defeat and acknowledge if the other one was right
Yeah, but I very much doubt they'd meet aside from work :D
When Andy gets flustered it makes me laugh so much.
I love how immediately Italian the sausage vendor guy is.
Brad: Alright, I'm going in.
Andy: Wait!
Brad: Why?
Andy: I don't know...
Brad: I'm going in.
Andy: Wait.
hahahahaha
Dad Verb I love how by that point Brad’s so done with the drama, he completely ignores him 😂
If you just listened to that bit, without watching anything, it could so be taken completely out of context
@@kensei1984 ROFLMAO
Andy is so upset his sauce cooking method was vetoed by Chris hahah I love him
Dama Huerta It’s a great method if you’re cooking marinara, but probably a little strong for pizza sauce. It’s definitely the way your “supposed to do it”, For marinara sauce at least.
Andy also didn't argue it. It was like Andy and Brad interacted like a married couple, but Chris is some outside councilor that both listen to
@@recoil53 Chris is their unopposed flavor champion. His palette is so refined that he can detect the smallest of the differences.

Andy: "You did that! You did that! You did that!"

I feel like a lot of us missed out on Brad's amazing line right after that: "Remember, the dough can sense fear".
Chris is also in the background with that face of “they’re at it again”.
These two are amazing to watch together. This needs to be a thing from now on.
OH ABSOLUTELY
My favorite thing about this was seeing the other chefs in the test kitchen love Brad as much as we do and seeing Andy lose his mind over it
When Andy tasted the winning canned tomatoes and g i g g l e d, the world got a little bit brighter.
I rewatched it like 10 times. I'm glad many people agree
Not to be dramatic but that was one of the cutest things I’ve ever seen in my life
I loved when they showed Brad just kinda holding back and letting Andy do all the talking after that part when they were at the board. Like being on a team with someone and recognizing when someone has a connection with something and just letting them go with it. Thats a real human thing with food. 11/10 im choked up
I paused to look for this exact comment and it was right on top. My night was made by him
I had that once while eating a Shrimp ceviche here in Sinaloa by a local shrimp farmers wife, messed me up cause I knew it only had a serrano chilies and limon Colima (a kind of lime) blend sauce, salt and devained shrimps.. but it was a beautiful thing. Haven’t been able to replicate it
Brad and Claire = new fling
Brad and Andy = married for years
We can use this method to describe everyone at BA:
Chris and Claire = older brother and younger sister
Molly = the eldest sister
Carla = everyone's mother
Gaby = everyone's grandmother
or, alternatively:
Chris and Claire = best friends that have been married for like 20 years
Carla and Gaby = maternal aunts

18:20 is pure perfection, between Brad humming with not a care in the world, to him placing the tape messy, to Andy's panicked face while Brad debates which writing utensil to use, to a solid end of Andy's running off with Brad like "aNDY!!!".
Wanted to let you guys know that this is your best series yet. I love and appreciate all the time and effort everyone has put into it. I can't wait for the cheese episode. AND, thanks for having Rosemary Trout (great name!) explain what goes on when tomatoes are cooked. I now know why I really don't like raw tomatoes on their own. Love to all BA staff from KCMO.
She's the Expert for a show that's under Bon Appetit's overall umbrella!
Rosemary Trout, Food Scientist = An excellent example of nominative determinism at work
