In this video Alex and I install a pair of LED lighted whips on his 2019 Yamaha YXZ1000R. The LED whips were purchased on Amazon for a super low price of $185. This is nearly half the price of competitors, so it's definitely worth trying them out. Amazon products sometimes have a bad wrap, but I currently run the same lighted whip and have not had any problems with it. This video is a step by step how to video of how to install a lighted whip in your UTV, more specifically a YXZ1000R.

Yea ill order them up after I install the new wheels on the yxz and pull it into the toy hauler. I just wanna see how much room I have. Kinda scared the offset might be too much with the wider, larger tire.

why not just have the 30's in the hauler and when you need to swap you put them on and take off before putting back in?
That's probably the route I go. But I'm lazy and that doesn't sound fun lol But if I have to, I probably will do that.
I have a big question I bought some whips but separate so one whip has red and black and the other one another red and black (2leads) so my question is do I buy a 14 gauge wire from nil Ight harness or a 16 gauge wire or does it matter ????
14ga would be ideal. Since they are different whips and not a pair together, they might not run insync. So the patterns won't match, unless you just run solid colors.
How are you running a second switch on that harness? Is there a harness kit with one power source and two separate switch/ outputs?
1 power wire goes to both whips. That's how they run insync
@@BriGuy503 OH yeah no I get that part. I was more curious about where the second switch was coming into play. I ended up watching a couple more of your vids and figured it out.
