Thanks for the cool video. I am planning my trip from Lisbon. Couple of quick questions.
1- What was the border crossing to Spain like? How long did it take and what documents do you normally need?
2- Do all the buses have the same route to Svilla? Like Flixbus, Rede etc?
3- What is the name of the station where you took the bus from and was it direct or did you change buses in between?

They don't check your documents when you cross from Portugal to Spain (or visa versa). There were several routes we could have taken to Seville but we went the most direct way. The bus station we started from in Lisbon was Sete Rios. We took the Portugal Bus carrier (forget the name) to Faro then changed to Alsa (the Spanish bus company) because only Alsa crossed the border. It was all on one ticket though.

Not sure that is legal or good, disturbing the driver on a motorway asking for and giving back the toilet key. You should look online regarding storks in Andalucia, they are a well protected species, l have them on a church tower over looking my apartment and almost all fire stations have a nest too.

Thanks for the info on the storks. We got the impression while traveling around Spain and Portugal that the people there have learned to live in harmony with nature much better than we have in the states. In all fairness you've had thousands of years to do that whereas we are a fairly new country. As for asking for the key, I don't know why they just didn't unlock the bathroom. Everyone on that bus had to ask for the key. The bus drivers on all the busses we took were all very professional and safe drivers.
