I'm sure a lot of people (like myself) are wondering why one would want a computer built into the monitor when it's likely going to be connected to a computer. Is the point you don't need a computer? Maybe if you can do picture in picture, you can run streaming apps on top of what you're doing on your computer?
I thought I would get some use out of smart apps etc.. but haven’t used them . I think it’s maybe for people who want to use it more as tv . Run smart apps / connect laptop sometimes / play game pass cloud games etc.. I honestly bought it because of 2 hdmi and usb c display . That’s exactly what I needed without dock .
That would be people like me. I use apps like Netflix and TH-cam without switching on my PC, especially when I’m lying in bed since I have the monitor wall mounted on a retractable mount. Plus can connect my headphones via Bluetooth directly to it. Just a two in one situation which helps.
Yes u can connect it with hdmi or usb c whatever your laptop supports . Also this has build in Microsoft office so u can use it without physical connection to laptop .
Hard to say I haven't used spectre I do enjoy this samsung quite a lot so far . I got Mac connected and also xbox / ps5 depending what im gaming currently . Works great love the sound and HDR .
No, USB Audio is not supported, just like Ethernet. I tested with M70B 2022 model. You have two options: Bluetooth receiver with headphone amplifier or line-out, or an amplifier with eARC HDMI input.
I'm almost set on buying one. It's mainly for the 4k on a 32" for playing xbox one x. And watching Netflix etc. Don't particularly need smart features built in though as i have a chrome cast i can plug into any monitor with speakers. Is it really worth paying the extra just for the benefits of 4k, when i could get a decent 1080p tv cheaper?
Totally it’s much better quality especially with hdr support . I don’t use smart features either but it’s nice having a remote also love having 2 hdmi , usb c input / output as well . Extra usb ports as well . U won’t be getting any of that on cheap 1080p monitor . Just wait for it to go on sale I got mine for 200$ .
When I go to multi view I can add windows pc . Im using new Mac mini . So its possible to add windows pc , phone , camera in multi view I haven't test it though.
Well I tried it with my Mac mini and it looked crappy so I turned it off . When it comes to using it with ps5 and xbox it looks amazing and makes a huge difference. Not sure why it looks bad with Mac mini could be something wrong with my color profile .
Good question sadly I tried doing airplay from my Mac mini to it and it's just very laggy and not usable . I did use new iPad Air and airplay was very usable with no lag. Not sure why my Mac mini was struggling with it . When it comes to resolution you can airplay 4k videos and pics but other then that if im not wrong it won't be in 4k like whole destktop view and apps .
@@MiloB does hdr looks good also with mac ? if not can you make hdr works automatic when you open ps5 if you are turneing it of ? also does samsung logo plastic part which in the center front of the monitor can be removed or slide ? as i seen some videos its in the right corner ?
I love this video! This helped me decide to finally buy this monitor. It's sick! I can have it as a TV in my bedroom if I'm not in workmode.
This thing's kinda sick. I'm surprised that I haven't seen a lot more info about them.
Does it have freesync?

Can we get sound using ubs-a,or usb-c adapters to 3.5mm on this monitor, since there's no headphone jack?
I can’t test that for you don’t have those adapters . Build in speakers are great and also you can use Bluetooth headphones .
@@MiloB Ok,thanks.
