I was always more of a Red Hood fan than Nightwing but I do love how they ended this side quest though it’s simplicity. With Dick essentially being the eldest brother in the family and accepting Bruce’s death knowing that everyone’s going to be looking to him now and he’s gotta step up to be a good leader/role model while also defending Gotham. Then visiting Bruce’s grave to reassure him - “I got this Bruce.”
2:05 this moment hurt me. He's in so much pain that he can't even bend over to pick up the ice pack. But he doesn't want to bother Alfred, so he just decides to suffer in silence. You can see it all through the expression in his eyes. It's such a relatable moment, it's actually painful to watch.
My two memorable moments. Number one and four. Sure we all seen them each, but that's what makes this game building up in a beautiful start of these characters' interactions and relationships.
Dick you’re more like Bruce than you know you both lost your parents you both had father figures or more than you could’ve hope for you both have a strong sense of justice and you both took the loss you experienced and became symbols and heroes so that no one would have to go through what you went through
Of all the members of the Batman Family who misses him, none miss Bruce most then his eldest boy, Dick Grayson. Poor guy feels that he's got to carry everything now. Protect Gotham, take care of aging Alfred, train Tim, and lead the Family.
3:14 Doesn't Alfred appear way too short in this clip? They way he stood up make think: "that's it? that's his height?" Plus his legs' length under the table doesn't match his height
Also, did Nightwing put a pebble on Bruce's grave? I thought that was exclusively a Jewish thing. I don't think any of the Batfamily (except for Batwoman) is Jewish.
@@boodlebubby6147 Hmm. Well, might be easy for him. There isn't really much MAJOR villain activity in Bludhaven. But wait. If Supes is in Blud, then who is covering for him in Metropolis?
@@charlottea.cavatica1696 Well, Blüdhaven has a reputation for being worse than Gotham, at least in terms of non-Super crime. If it is as easy for him as you say, he could very well be flying by every night and making sure all is well, then flying back. If it isn't, maybe Supergirl or any number of other Leaguers could cover for Big Blue.
If you like goofing around, grinding for gear, free-roaming like Spiderman PS4, and a combat that is mix of dark souls/avengers (intense dodging/button mashing) then yes it is very fun. Just patrolling Gotham itself is fun. But if you want a serious game, as realistic as possible, mature, as well as where you feel powerful and can bitchsmack enemies, then this isn't the one for you. All of that could only be done in the Arkham Games.
laconic: Dick develops a crush on his traumatised prodigal adopted brother (who out of nowhere is being relatively nice to him and is fucking jacked) and doesn't feel as weird about this as he feels he should. also they're both bisexual. end of game.
There is 0 romantic tension between those two. They're estranged brothers who try to get along again. The only member of the Batfam who is canonically bi is Tim.
I know right, next to Robin, I think Nightwing took Batman’s death hard the most, and that was a touch scene. Shows how much he’s grown after hanging up his Robin costume

The first son of Batman.
Really enjoy these cut scenes. Really bring out more of the characters
I love these cut scenes.

5:25 Red Hood: Dick!!!
Civilian Below: Hey!!! 😡
7:33 who wouldn’t? I mean everyone knows that thing on him is national treasure.
His cheeks are strong enough to carry the emotional trauma of the whole Batfamily
Tribute Greyson and Todd are the best colors out of the tribute variants imo.
And brothers in arms

Maybe so
Best nightwing suit imo
that one strand of hair falling perfectly in his eyes. you all know what i'm talking about
10:26 underrated suit
So the main theme behind Grayson’s story is him trying to cope with Bruce’s death
Imo it's less that and more Dick trying to cope with Jason's (new) life
@@pendafen7405Already in character, I see
It really sucks He does'nt have a story connection with the court of owls. 😕
Dick’s Story #3: Nightwing and Red Hood are getting along.
Memeable title
Children can be cruel
lol true

That’s what Bruce said… in the LEGO Movie.
I want to like, but I don’t have the strength to do it😭
1:53 this entire game was worth it to see Alfred make a cuppa in preparation for a sensitive conversation. Nothing could be more English.
Nightwing is awesome

Nightwing went to get a tighter suit.
Nightwing: “There aren’t any tighter suits. I checked.”
Dick grayson look like robert Pattison
3:14 Doesn't Alfred appear way too short in this clip? They way he stood up make think: "that's it? that's his height?" Plus his legs' length under the table doesn't match his height
They did NOT have to make Jason so FINE! 🫠
I wonder if this person going to play suicide squad kills the justice league or wonder woman because it's also a DC game
Something tells me yes. If the channel can discuss and play Gotham Knights, a non-Arkham game, then KTJL won't be a different case. I presume.
How Do You Do Dick Grayson Story #5 It Wont Let Me Go Any Further Help ???
Dick and Babs they make a sweet couple
They do
Eh they do but I prefer him with Starfire.

I'm curious as well, I thought maybe it was like the first rock he used as Robin when he was a boy
Yeah, that struck me as weird, too. Dick has Roma ancestry and a carny background, perhaps it's something to do with that?
How do you activate his story? I was only able to get 1 cutscene
Play through the story they unlock as the story goes on
No Dick & Tim dialogue? Disappointing.
What on earth was Superman doing in Bludhaven?
Covering for Dick while he's in Gotham
