- My favorite video from this weekends initial testing of the Super Fountain of my wife and I. No crazy numbers to report. Did you manage to find a reasonable LiIon battery for onboard engine starts or still using the 4D blocks?
No, still nothing on that. They are supposedly building and testing a new battery. I need to follow up with them.
Im currently using the Odyssey extreme AGM batterys and they are some powerful batteries so far. very pleased
@@AndyCopeland High five! 😎 Which model did you install? My guess is you don't need the 4D size of the Ody Extreme series.
ODX-AGM31M They are solid batteries and haven't had a lick of issues. They fit perfectly into the current battery boxes
@@AndyCopeland We also use Ody Extreme batteries in out experimental turbine rotorcraft. Installed almost 2years ago and no hesitation to start the engines even in cold weather so far.
How'd it run?
Ran great! Didnt push it and just got some base line numbers with a couple sets of props
