@@chithrarobin4975No, no! Weight training is extremely helpful to women. It helps to regulate hormones, builds bone as well as muscle. It’s used widely in elder communities because it helps people to stay independent and strong physically and mentally. We aren’t talking body builder weights here. Just start with some light hand weights and resistance bands.

@@chithrarobin4975It's very beneficial for women to lift weights. On diary of a CEO TH-cam, there was a female doctor who specializes on menopause and has proven that lifting weights and flexibility and ofcourse a good diet will make menopause easier on women especially those who start at an early age. It's never too late to start, but you gotta start ASAP the health benefits are awesome.
We have been lied to that we will bulk up or have terrible side effects, it's all lies.
Make sure to start slow and then add more as you get better and look for weight lifting videos for your level.

As an American who has travelled to Europe, I do have to say, European food is much fresher and better tasting. It’s like an amazing difference. We do have farmer markets here but a good portion of what’s being sold is store bought and resold as farm fresh organic. You are truly blessed to have the food you do. Hopefully the government there won’t take away your meat and make you start consuming bugs. Which has already been oked to be put into your flour.

Now that my activity level is very limited, due to pain and injury, I've lost weight, skin color is pale and sallow, sunken cheeks...and I feel so tired. If you're doing great, health wise, and looking/feeling great, don't take it for granted. Take care of yourself. Yes he does . However , he has wrinkles but not noticeable on some videos. Not bad wrinkles. Difficult to assess since younger years like most of us was ...we did whatever we wanted. So that may have affected long afterwards. But, never to late to start . There is disagreement in the holistic community on certain topics. I'm sure if all the holistic Drs on YT made a video ..they would all be different. Vitamins, minerals , etc might be similar. But, I say it's defense and offense.
      Defense, simple ...
      No Processed foods
Offense, if you believe in carnivore ...go for it.
If you believe like Berg to eat 7 cups of veggies a day plus protein , fat and supplements ...go for it.
So, I say this...I'm not an expert and everyone else too along with the holistic Drs.
Fasting in my opinion is the greatest thing u can do for health overall along with prolong fasting. And I believe it will make you younger looking also and actually clean up the waste.
So, try what you like and play offense and defense to good health and yes exercise but don't over do it.
Cheers to our wanting to stay and look young.
Fasting for growth hormone ...the youth hormone ...the fountain of youth.

I always kept active through weight training and I had a livestock ranch for awhile. I always used butter, & olive oil for fats. I ate a lot of Mediterranean foods in the past. You’re so right. People even in these comments sections are constantly wanting compliments and saying they look 25 when they’re 60 and you just know it’s not true. They imagine they look 25 and yet if were to see them you’d see they “may” just look good for their age but not 25. So true Re the competition. Everything is a competition now! For everything!!!!!!! It’s social media and internet hasn’t done this. I try to avoid all forms of competition because I find people extremely tiring. Their conversations are tiring. They compare everything. You start talking to people about what you’re doing and they begin telling you (when you didn’t ask) as out how they do it also or how they do it better. And people with children are the most boring. Having to talk about their kids constantly.

Best not to imagine everyone is lying cos some people definitely look twenty-five while being over 40. And they haven't done anything and some even smoke. It's mostly genetic and no amount of childish hand flapping and irrelevant nonsense about the internet changes this fact. Plus children are the focus of good parents' lives and that's the way it should be. @@lapislazuli7876

I used seed oils in very small amounts before keto but lots of carbs and meat, no smoking, no alcohol no makeup and still looking good. After doing keto and fasting i had incredible improvement in health and appearance too.Not yet fifty but looking much better than in my early thirties. Thank you!❤

Good thing I stay away from a lot of bad foods. Eat mostly good foods. I don't drink.. smoke or do drugs. I did smoke and drink many years ago. Stay away from processed food . Always read labels of what I buy at the market. People always tell me I look way younger then my age . So a lot of truth to what you say here. Thank you.

Dr. Berg, ur wisdom gave me an instant facelift and chemical peel. One week back on keto and I look five years younger! I've spent hours trying to electrocute the wrinkles off my forehead with my derma wand, with no improvement. My new peaches and cream complexion is just another motivator to stay with the program.

I have recently learned that Sulforaphane is highly toxic Dr Berg, I don’t even like the taste of broccoli but thinking it was healthy I used to eat it. I love what you found out about your cattle in the study, we have beautiful grasslands in Florida and long established ranching families nearby but no mountains. 😊 Eating vegan aged me with no collagen in my diet for my skin, and my superfood smoothies gave me Oxalate Poisoning. I have experienced Myelination in the past year from eating meat and eggs restoring my balance and my hands no longer shake, my brain fog is clearing since I am feeding my brain what it needs fat and cholesterol. My body is healing on so many levels, thank you for encouraging me to eat cod liver getting me started on the right path healing my body. ♥️
