Hey Dr. Berg, I have a family member on about 500mg of Niacin (extended release and it has caused him to flush) to treat an arthritic knee but the problem is, he has had ongoing issues with gout (it caused the arthritis) and he has had (but controls with a keto diet) Type 2 diabetes. I have read that Niacin can raise blood sugar and uric acid but it seems to have helped him with pain.. what do we do? I don’t want to address one area and cause damage in another

So niacinamide for arthritis? What about glucosamine and chondroitin ? Can you recommend those - and the brand. Found Joint on Amazon but it’s a liquid and I know has sugar in it.

How much Niacinamide is therapeutic for arthritis ? I take balanced B Complex which has Niacinamide 45 mg NE in it. Says that’s 281% of daily value.

Taking niacinamide for arthritis will take time to work (weeks). Foods that are rich in niacinamide include chicken breast, salmon, anchovies, tuna, turkey, liver, ground beef, legumes and avocados. Alcohol consumption depletes niacinamide.

Arthritis inflamations are common because most people drink alcohol and eat posinoned veggies instead of a lot of Fat and Proteins...

Homemade bone broth has literally changed my life. I'm making it by simmering bones with marrow. For beef broth I also add oxtail for the gelatin. My neck has stopped creaking and cracking like popcorn. Chicken bone broth... I recommend adding chicken feet to the bone broth for more collagen.

Thank you for your video Dr. Berg. I think it would also benefit people to look into RANTES in jawbone cavitations as the possible root cause to Arthritis. Not just Arthritis but any inflammatory condition, autoimmune disease, MS, ALS, Asthma, allergies and even cancers. Dr. Johann Lechner from Munich has a lot to say on this topic. I have been dealing with chronic inflammation since I got C 3 years ago. I am now working with a Biological Dentist who is removing 2 root canals and cleaning out my wisdom teeth cavitations. I hope to get my life back after this! ❤️

Niacinamide, a form of vitamin B3, is the best vitamin for arthritis. Try taking around 100 to 150 milligrams of niacinamide 3 to 6 times per day, depending on the severity of your arthritis. Ensure you’re consuming sufficient protein for niacinamide to help with your arthritis symptoms, and it’s also best to avoid alcohol.

I couldn't even raise my arm, and I had physical therapy as well. Its affected my life in every area. Im just devastated and don't know where to turn. Nothing works for me so im going to give this niacinamide a try. Hopefully I can get some relief. Additionally, that same arm goes to sleep every night, wakes me up, because I have to literally pick up my arm to move it. Is this from the arthritis or something else?

The keto diet helped me loose some weight and control my insulin resistance, but did not solve the arthritis. After 3 weeks of carnivore, including Greek yoghurt, I was without pain! Even my decades long back pain, foot pain, pain and inflammation in my hands, it al disappeared!! Went on a vacation, could not always go full carnivore, so ate more veggies again, and sometimes restaurant food (=vegetable oils?) and my pain came back! Two weeks at home and back on track healing my body on carnivore.
