No. Central Park is South of S. Othello St about a mile south of Columbian Way/Alaska Way. I've played basketball there in the past. It's more Rainier Valley near Rainer Beach High school and not Beacon Hill. Lots of Africans and Asians live there in those townhomes. It use to be low income housing for mostly refugees until they were demolished and these townhomes built.
