  • 📌 Hello everyone, this is a video on how to use Phin (Brand: Cafede Kona), the Vietnamese dripper to make iced coffee 🇻🇳☕. The traditional way doesn't use a paper filter but using it has been trendy lately so I decided to give it a try! I used dark roasted beans, medium coarse. This is a perfect drink for the hot Summer!
💡 Vietnamese Iced Milk Coffee (Cà Phê Sữa Đá) is a strong and sweet coffee made of dark roast coffee accompanied by condensed milk. The coffee is slowly dripped through the metal Vietnamese dripper 'Phin'.
💡 'Phin' is the traditional dripper/filter used in Vietnam to make phin cà phê, translated into filter coffee, and it is the most common and popular dripper used in Vietnam.

    ⏱️ STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    1. Grind 25g of dark roasted coffee (or use coffee powder)
    2. Put coffee in the dripper
    3. Boil water to 100°C
    4. Pour a small amount of boiling water and place lid
    5. Wait 1 minute
    6. Add the rest of the water up to the top of dripper
    7. Put lid back on and wait until it slowly drips all the water onto the cup
    8. Pour condensed milk and ice in the cup to your preference
    8. And it's ready!
*You can put condensed milk beforehand or after, just make sure to mix it well to get a strong and sweet cup of iced coffee!

Nice one, but if no filter paper is it able to brew it as well?
