A good wake up session for all these muscles fibres, thank you Curtis! Quick question: for the seated exercises, is the back against the chair, or do we sit tall with a good space between the back of the chair and our back?
Thanks. Great question. Most of the exercises you're back will be against the chair. When I do seated core exercises, I slide forward with my core muscles contracted to support my lower back.
