Impressive garage set up! I'm about 1/6th of the way there. Proper maintenance of your cars can be expensive, but worth it. Thanks for helping me spend another $1000 today Pan! 🤟
I know this video is a year old almost but the fact you took the time to link each product is mindblowing! I hope one day I can be half as sucessful in the detailing business as you are
Thanks man! Welcome to my channel. You discovered one of the biggest car detailing channels on TH-cam as we surpassed 1 million subscribers and we have over 135 million views! I wish my garage was that big. I just bought a brand new tundra and I’m stuck with detailing it outside. Might have to remove a bunch of shelves to make the truck fit in the garage. Thanks for going over your products. Now I want to buy most of it 😅
Pan has certainly inspired a few of my purchases in the past. There are certainly lower-cost options out there if you don’t demand the best of the best with everything, but It all serves a purpose and is well worth the investment.
The ultra black sponge is not only for Rinseless but also for soap. The one from Optimum is only for Rinseless. The Legacy Sponge from DIY Detail is like the ultra black sponge for both Rinseless and soap.
I tried out my new Ultra Clay scrubber this last weekend and I'm sold man.. it is literally the perfect size and you don't get that slap feeling you get with the towel. The curbside pickup crew at TRC are amazing and treated me very well and to top it off I got to talk to Carolyn briefly before we drove back from our Boise road trip!
Pan - I have to give a huge thanks to you for these kinds of videos. I love seeing what people use and the reasoning for them and these are always so fun to watch. It's also a huge boon to have everything listed on where/how we can buy them which makes finding them so much easier!
To let you know…I have kept my 2022 Tesla MYLR from the day I got it based on your techniques. One year later it still looks new. I am very particular so your videos are fantastic.
for most people, use this video of what general things you need then go watch pans videos doing a deep dive of the equipment as for the most part pan is using the top dollar best of the best which isn't necessary for over 90% of people
Correct. This is meant to inspire people and give ideas as to what tools and equipment they could be missing in their arsenal, but it's not always necessary to buy the most expensive. You can reinvest as your business or hobbies grows, and you figure out what your money is best spent on.
Ordered my own vyper chair. I've seen so many reviews of happy customers. I've been tired of my little stool for a while. And by your recommendation also I pulled the trigger. It'll be here Wednesday. I can't wait!
It is very nice to see all the tools in the garage of a professional person, so that we can learn from them. I watch all your videos and I learned a lot from you. I would like to thank you

Wow, that is the garage of my dreams, some amazing equipment. I haven't been into detailing for about 6 to 7 years since I sold my ford Sierra cosworth 4x4 and the equipment and products have moved on so much its like I'm learning all over again. Also starting all over again all my stuff has gone bad lol. So expensive but I am getting there.

Pan, I love the window tool from Stoner you told me about, as i have very very bad knees and can't bend and twist to clean my car windows inside and out, and since i bought that stoner's window tool, it makes window cleaning so much easier Thanks to you!❤❤
My garage has two slopes (one for each drain) so it wouldn't be super practical, and I do park two cars in there so again, I wouldn't see how all that would necessarily fit nicely. And as I wash a lot, there'd be water all in there, so not sure how nicely that would play (rust, electric issues?)...
I have a bissell crosswave hard floor cleaner. I used it on my kitchen today with P&S absolute in it. Did a pretty good job 😅 I’d recommend you have a look at adding an RO membrane to your DI setup, it will save you on DI resin.

I chose the Gorrila adjustable platform (20-30in) primarily for my minivan - very nice. There are some cheap but rickety ones out there I avoided. I got the Ego attachment you recommended. I'm ceramic coating the minivan this weekend so looking forward to blowing off that water (in two weeks 🙂)
I dont know if you did a video on your favorite all time detailing product, but it would complete this video pretty well ! Nice video, it s impressive the amount of stuff you have !!
I have a very popular annual car detailing products awards video which will be in its seventh year this summer. Here’s the latest edition: th-cam.com/video/gRwsznwfTwE/w-d-xo.html
I could easily call this a paradise Pan!!! Such an impressive setup, absolutely perfect in fact. Weirdly enough I did not even know you were an audiophile!! I also really love Dynaudio, I actually have a pair of Core59 and Core47 in my studio, and those are the best loudspeakers that I ever had. The bass of the Core59 around 100-125 hz is among the snappiest I ever felt in my thorax for reference loudspeakers. They are so unbelievably clean and sharp without being overwhelming. Well, back to your amazing garage, you really built an absolute paradise Pan! Thank you for sharing!
Oh I am beyond audiophile at this point. You know when someone has a pretty high quality garage HiFi setup, what they have in their house has to be next level. Hehe. I have a full blown custom home theater which I recently completely upgraded all the gear. You can have a quick glimpse in this video: th-cam.com/video/TbKlIWm_cbM/w-d-xo.html I also have a pretty insane stereo setup which I again just completely changed last month. I'll likely do a full video soon. (Probably my sixth or seventh high end stereo setup). I also have a pretty insane headphones collection with grails like Abys AB1266 Phi Tc, Meze Audio Empyrean, Focal Clear Mg, Audeze LCDX, Hifiman, etc.
Salut Pan, à quand une vidéo avec John Cartester? Vous êtes les 2 papas du detailing francophone.. une vidéo detailing et une vidéo discussion libre, ça serait le top 👌
Cool. Hey....i noticed your garage door opener. The motor is wall mounted next to the garage door. No need for an overhead motor and track hanging down from the ceiling. Hmmm.....something for me to check out..?? Something tells me its much quieter. Also the floor squeegee is interesting for my new floor coating. Thanks for the tour. Always picking stuff up. Thanks Pan.
Yeah it's the flagship Liftmaster 8500W garage door opener. Side mounted to free up the space on the ceiling, and dead quiet operation. With battery backup as well, so when you lose power, you can still operate it for a bit. :) For all the details about it and everything else in the garage, see my full garage tour video here: th-cam.com/video/wx6HTBAzeXI/w-d-xo.html
Such a wonderful collection, Pan! I do have two fairly over-the-top suggestions that I have found to be effective. You have a central air vac but I purchased a Festool dust extractor and it really has high performance. Costs about $800 with the accessory tool kit but well worth it. Second, I got tired of buckets wearing out and looking “tired” in just a year so I purchased the Yeti Load Out bucket. It’s fantastic due to build quality and it looks brand new still one year in. It has a nice rubber ring it sits on so it won’t move or get beat up by rough concrete. The nylon strap and hard plastic handle are much more comfortable than the typical thin handle on Home Depot Homer style buckets. $40 each but good return on investment imho.
Hi Lee! I hope you're doing well. I'm lucky enough to have the decked out Obessed Garage bucket solution, but I checked out the Yeti buckets and they do seem like a great bang for buck purchase, so yes you must be happy. I wonder if they fit in the standard rolling caddies? Are they a traditional 5 gallon bucket diameter?

Pan, what would you recommend for protecting rubber door seals? A product like 303 rubber seal protector or maybe a ceramic coating like CarPro DLUX? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Pan your garage is awesome and I am definitely envious of all your tools. One of my favorite parts of your garage is the flooring and floor drains. Do you have to put a foam sanitizer type chemical down your floor drains every so often or does the soap from washes take care of the drains? Congratulations on almost having 900,000 subscribers!!! Thank you for a fun video!
@@PanTheOrganizer Thank you Pan as so was wondering because i use to be a bakery manager and we had to change them daily but we made a mess everyday too.
@@PanTheOrganizerI imagine the thumbnail would be you in a bath (shoulders and above of course) shower cap on and a wheel brush in your hand or orbital buffer. Also..,Could you please consider a strategy video for different car cleaning types? You focus on the multiple times per month and I’ve learnt so much from you but I’d love a seasonal or twice yearly attack video with advice on maintenance washes that only occur every 4-6 weeks. Oh and a video on a budget specifically for someone who is about to sell their car. Sharing secrets and getting the easy to miss but important little touches too. Thank you!
Pan. Love your videos. I just got a 2023 Macan and want to take great care of it. Unfortunately upon delivery I realized the tire shine they used slung drops all over my rubber or plastic trim. The dealer wasn’t very helpful but said they had issue since switching to a more oil based wheel gloss. Any recommendations on how to safely remove all those drops of stain on my trim? Thank you
I love your videos as they are so informative and useful. What is your favorite tar & bug remover? Also your favorite leather cleaner and conditioner? Thank you.
car detailing obsession is more expensive than drugs! however, car detailing is a much , much better obsession/hobby, of course! Just out of curiosity, how much money does it cost to own every piece of equipment in that detailing garage? My bid is $70,000. (if my bid is the closest without going over, do I win a prize? perhaps a trip to France?(the part of France that's next to Canada) :)
@@PanTheOrganizer when I was younger, I was addicted to car stereo.... I stopped counting, but if I had to guess, I spent more money on car stereo than a brand-new 1998 BMW M3. (feel free to call me crazy)

Great video! I have a few questions about your water DI setup. Does the water come from the house, to your water DI system, then does it hook up to the water hose on your wall? Do you have a storage tank hooked up to it at all? Do you have a water pump hooked up to it? Does the water input have enough flow to give you a quick output and use immediately? Sorry about all the questions but I’m thinking about getting a unit, however, I don’t know how the plumbing would look like. Thanks in advance!!

Just getting into detailing my car vs just washing it. Love your videos! I drive a RAV 4 with Moon Roof. I ran into a situation that I need help with. I conditioned the rubber gaskets. Then, I noticed that the Moon Roof seem to have a lot of rubber gaskets. How do you clean this area of the car? The gasket is hard to get to and the whole area was surprisingly dirty when I opened it up to treat the gaskets. Also, there is a small bug screen that I had never seen before. I just dusted it and everything seemed to come off. Fortunately, it wasn't very dirty. Thanks for any advice you can give me for cleaning and maintaining this area.

Hey Pan been watching for a few weeks now! If you have this video idea up perhaps you could link it for me? Never saw it: -A video for people trying to get into detailing as a profession/side business. -This would include best bang for buck, all tools that can be used outside a garage in the elements, and just the essentials but still every item to check off the common needs (everything to clean a clean-super dirty car as well as protecting interior plastics and exterior as well etc. -Ideally a rough cost per item and overall estimate of how much needs to be spent (I am right around $2,600 CAD for my estimate including 8+ microfibres, 3-5 of each polishing pads for 3 different cutting/polish levels) Sorry for the long comment I hope you have something like this!

I saw some chemical guys products but you didn’t mention them once, I like some of their products. I don’t know if it has to do with sponsorships but you should mention everything
I am not a fan of the brand really. They have average products at best. Hence why you don't really see them in my videos, or any other big detailing channels. They aren't professional grade. And even in their category, mainstream consumer grade, there are way better options in my opinion: Meguiar's, Turtle Wax, Adam's, Griot's Garage, to name a few. Chemical Guys does have a few decent products if you know which ones to get (their VRP tire dressing is excellent, and some of their shampoos also), but again, way better options elsewhere. I'm more geared towards professional brands, or prosumer brands, like CarPro, Gyeon, Gtechniq, DIY Detail, Koch Chemie, etc. For all my top picks in different categories, refer to my popular annual car detailing products awards video here: th-cam.com/video/gRwsznwfTwE/w-d-xo.html
Hello Pan Love the show. I need some advice on some tips on how to clean in between the front seats and the console. Sometimes it gets so dirty the skinny vacuum nozzle doesn’t clean all of it. I need to clean it as I am not authorized to remove a seats in a car or as much as replacing a wiper blade…. Lol
Use an air blowout tool like my Tornador Z-014. Most detailers use it to blow out hard to reach areas and cracks, so you can push the dirt out and then vacuum it. Also, you can watch my review on Tornador tools here: th-cam.com/video/UPjFPdaAEj0/w-d-xo.htmlsi=w0aNy60qs6MDZ8Oa

Most detailing chemicals are shelf stable for 1-2 years if kept in stable conditions and not frozen. Once I reach that point, I replace them with fresh bottles.
Can you do a video on the new Hercules polisher from Harbor Freight? People seem to change out the grease for these too. On pressure washers you want a high gpm. What do you think about testing out the KWS700TS? See if they will send you one :) Thank you
As I have dedicated tire dressing applicators, I just lay them face down on a microfiber towel until next use. When I feel like they need a good clean, I simple spray all purpose cleaner or a pad cleaner, rub it in, and rinse with warm water. I then lay them face down to dry.
If you are looking for a pad washer, it's the best one out there. If you have a smaller budget, you can get something less expensive like Detail Guardz Pad Washer which I highlighted here: th-cam.com/video/IGDfRjcPaX4/w-d-xo.html

@@PanTheOrganizer i am New to the detailing, but i always have fun when i'm cleaning my car. So i was looking on youtube for video's to take the detailing of my car to the next level. So i've been watching different video's on your channel.
Hi Pan, if i wanted to prep/have ready before using….how long will a Rinseless Wash mixture in a bucket with water last before expiring? Essentially the water bucket & new Rinseless Wash concoction would be ready on a shelf to be used at a moments notice. Ty.
After cleaning a pad in the pad washer, do you immediately use it again on the next panel to be polished or do you put it aside to dry before reusing it? In other words, do you mind using a damp pad.
There is so little moisture left in the pad that you can reuse it right away. Or you can use an air blowout tool, blow the pads out, and every other panel, I get a fresh new pad anyways. Or use a pad brush. There are many ways to keep your pad fresh.
When I need soft brushes, it's the ones from the Detail Factory shown in the video, link in the description. But I have many brushes for different tasks. Brushes for wheels, brushes for tires, brushes for leather, carpets, etc. I showed them all in the video. There isn't one brush that does it all. You need different brushes for different tasks.
Nice. Didnt know about that detachable plate pxe 80 buffer. But, on my opinion, the ibrid works better on rotary, with the extension. But the PX has a 2 and 3 backing plate option for rotary, which sounds yummy. Then you would need to use different one to remove rotary imperfections, as well :/ Where do i find the ceramic coating bottle stand?
You have several car detailing chemicals in your garage. What is the shelf life of most of them, like polishes, compounds and interior detail cleaners?
Most detailing chemicals are shelf stable for 1-2 years if kept in stable conditions and not frozen. Once I reach that point, I replace them with fresh bottles.
Hey Pan, great video as ever. The ridgid seems small as a compressor, since the black tornador needs 270 l/min. At least, that's what everyone is telling me. So that small version should be sufficient? Thanks! Keep it up. I love your videos.
It was recommended to me by many mobile detailers who love it for use with Tornador tools, and it runs perfectly with all my Tornador tools (Tornador Max and Tornador Air Blowout tool). It actually pumps out a pretty stout 5.1 SCFM @ 90 psi (which is more important than CFM). It also has 200 psi max rating. And Tornador recommends 5 SCFM for their tools, so we're right on the money. For the price, I haven't found a better air compressor, and it's pretty compact in size so perfect for most garages or mobile setups. Here's my full review of it: th-cam.com/video/NlD6h5kaVGo/w-d-xo.html

I wanna see a day in the life of Pan. That’ll be cool to see. I’m sure all aspects of his day are well organized
You would be correct. I like clean living spaces, organized work spaces, clean house, organized finances, etc.
Would like to see financing
Impressive garage set up! I'm about 1/6th of the way there. Proper maintenance of your cars can be expensive, but worth it. Thanks for helping me spend another $1000 today Pan! 🤟
Right on! What did you purchase?
I know this video is a year old almost but the fact you took the time to link each product is mindblowing! I hope one day I can be half as sucessful in the detailing business as you are

Insane garage setup there Pan. Thanks for the share of your "office" space. Very well organized with loads of attention to detail.
Glad you enjoyed it
I wish my garage was that big. I just bought a brand new tundra and I’m stuck with detailing it outside. Might have to remove a bunch of shelves to make the truck fit in the garage. Thanks for going over your products. Now I want to buy most of it 😅
Thanks. If you want to see the actual garage tour, here's my video: th-cam.com/video/wx6HTBAzeXI/w-d-xo.html
Pan has certainly inspired a few of my purchases in the past. There are certainly lower-cost options out there if you don’t demand the best of the best with everything, but It all serves a purpose and is well worth the investment.
Thanks for watching!
The ultra black sponge is not only for Rinseless but also for soap. The one from Optimum is only for Rinseless. The Legacy Sponge from DIY Detail is like the ultra black sponge for both Rinseless and soap.
Good point!
Now I know why they call you pan the organizer. What a great assortment you have.
Thanks Bob!
Glad it was helpful!
@@PanTheOrganizer I never thought there were so many things you need to detail a car 😧
To let you know…I have kept my 2022 Tesla MYLR from the day I got it based on your techniques. One year later it still looks new. I am very particular so your videos are fantastic.
Good to know! Thanks for your trust in my videos Bob.
for most people, use this video of what general things you need then go watch pans videos doing a deep dive of the equipment as for the most part pan is using the top dollar best of the best which isn't necessary for over 90% of people
Correct. This is meant to inspire people and give ideas as to what tools and equipment they could be missing in their arsenal, but it's not always necessary to buy the most expensive. You can reinvest as your business or hobbies grows, and you figure out what your money is best spent on.
Awesome stuff! If you ever run out of space and need to get rid of "old" stuff, it would still be "new" to me!
Hehe thanks for watching man!
This is definitely the Rolls Royce of car detailing garages. Awesome!
Thank you! :)
Ordered my own vyper chair. I've seen so many reviews of happy customers. I've been tired of my little stool for a while. And by your recommendation also I pulled the trigger. It'll be here Wednesday. I can't wait!

T great video Pan, thanks for taking the time to make it, I hope you are having a great weekend 👍
Thank you! Have a great weekend too!
Another outstanding video. Have you thought about investing in a lift to save your back and to have better access to the lower sections of vehicles?
My garage has two slopes (one for each drain) so it wouldn't be super practical, and I do park two cars in there so again, I wouldn't see how all that would necessarily fit nicely. And as I wash a lot, there'd be water all in there, so not sure how nicely that would play (rust, electric issues?)...
really nice video man thanks. I'm still using the basics so its great to see what's out there in terms of progression and getting better.

Hehe.

@@PanTheOrganizer Yes, pretty standard diameter. Fairly positive they fit the rollers.

Pan your garage is awesome and I am definitely envious of all your tools. One of my favorite parts of your garage is the flooring and floor drains.

If you have this video idea up perhaps you could link it for me? Never saw it:
-A video for people trying to get into detailing as a profession/side business.
-This would include best bang for buck, all tools that can be used outside a garage in the elements, and just the essentials but still every item to check off the common needs (everything to clean a clean-super dirty car as well as protecting interior plastics and exterior as well etc.
-Ideally a rough cost per item and overall estimate of how much needs to be spent (I am right around $2,600 CAD for my estimate including 8+ microfibres, 3-5 of each polishing pads for 3 different cutting/polish levels)

Ty Pan excellent informative video as always from you. One question what do you do with your overflow of products or goodies, as you must get flooded with products or equipment that companies send you or you buy yourself? I often wonder as you only have so much space to store things. Ty mate love the videos always learn something and find it so very relaxing seeing your work glow at the end.
Keep Safe Keep Strong 🦘🦘🦘🦘💖💖💖💖
Great question. Ill send Pan my address and he can send the extra goodies my way 😁
Most detailing chemicals are shelf stable for 1-2 years if kept in stable conditions and not frozen. Once I reach that point, I replace them with fresh bottles.
All these tax right offs
Can you do a video on the new Hercules polisher from Harbor Freight? People seem to change out the grease for these too.
On pressure washers you want a high gpm. What do you think about testing out the KWS700TS? See if they will send you one :)
Thank you
Great video as always! How do you clean your tire dressing applicators when you are done using them?
As I have dedicated tire dressing applicators, I just lay them face down on a microfiber towel until next use.
When I feel like they need a good clean, I simple spray all purpose cleaner or a pad cleaner, rub it in, and rinse with warm water. I then lay them face down to dry.
@@PanTheOrganizer Okay thanks, I wasn't sure if it would degrade the foam if I left some product on too long. That sounds like a great system! 👍
Beautiful garage, beautifully equipped. congratulations.
Please tell me is the Lake Country 4000 worth the price?
If you are looking for a pad washer, it's the best one out there. If you have a smaller budget, you can get something less expensive like Detail Guardz Pad Washer which I highlighted here: th-cam.com/video/IGDfRjcPaX4/w-d-xo.html
Wow your garage is bigger than my house Nice speakers. Pmc monitors in my garage no cars allowed

Ty.
You'd have a bucket lying on a shelf? Perhaps a few days. If it's in a spray bottle, not in direct contact with air, a few months.
Pan what is your favorite brushes for interior and exterior? So you use soft brushes all around except for the tires of course
@@PanTheOrganizer which brush would you recommend to use when cleaning gloss black wheels to try and prevent scratching as best as possibly
Nice. Didnt know about that detachable plate pxe 80 buffer. But, on my opinion, the ibrid works better on rotary, with the extension. But the PX has a 2 and 3 backing plate option for rotary, which sounds yummy. Then you would need to use different one to remove rotary imperfections, as well :/
Where do i find the ceramic coating bottle stand?
You have several car detailing chemicals in your garage. What is the shelf life of most of them, like polishes, compounds and interior detail cleaners?
Most detailing chemicals are shelf stable for 1-2 years if kept in stable conditions and not frozen. Once I reach that point, I replace them with fresh bottles.
I just want to know what do you listen on those speakers
Pan, I'm getting new headlight assemblies installed, what product can I use to protect the plastic from UV and future yellowing?
Ceramic coat the headlights. Same coating as you’d use on the paint.
@@PanTheOrganizer I will try to find the European counterpart. Thanks Pan! Have a nice weekend.
Beautiful 'arsenal'. What happens with your equipment that is redundant or outdated?
I sell it and buy new stuff.
Wow look at all that Diamond Body 36 and Prep spray you have. When are we going to see a demo on that lol?
When I get enough viewer requests for it, I'll produce a dedicated video on a Diamond ProTech application.
