@@isab3lla502 You must DEFINITELY eat healthy. If you smoke, if you don't drink water, if you eat junk food your skin reacts to this. I don't think face yoga can have any effect on someone with unhealthy eating habits. For example, the use of sugar makes the skin wrinkled and sagging. So what's the point of doing face yoga? But if you're already eating healthy, even a basic face massage can make your skin more beautiful.

@@inb3656 no I didn’t but if you want the process to be faster I highly recommend doing the exercise more than once a day, chew gum for 30 to an hour or soak ice on your face. These would definitely help if you wanted to make it quicker

Gosh I’m really excited. I was kind of scared the reason why my face looks more puffy and broad was due to my braces, but I kinda still have the same face shape as back then. Made a picture to compare my face with my old slim face shape and I just noticed my face is just fat as fuck and extremely puffy too. I already weigh not much but there’s still a few pounds that can go off by working out and eating clean. Thank god, your face looks so slim, there’s still hope for me!
To people seeing this and are insecure about their faces don't be! Full cheeks give you a youthful appearance. People literally pay for filler for those cheeks and you are blessed 🙌 I love my cheeks personally they go well with my face shape. I have a ❤ shape, I hate a lot about myself but this isn't one of those things. I personally used frequencies to tighten up some skin that always bugged me due to my jaw alignment it looked like a slight double chin. (YES they Work, They are also great for producing more collagen) Try not to obsess over others appearances and look for what you find beautiful and unique about yourself you're all works of art. There's no one exactly like you. Edit: I randomly came across this on my recommended, btw. There's one thing I want to add make sure you know how you feel about yourself outside the influence of others social media Etc.

I love my cheeks personally they go well with my face shape. I have a ❤ shape, I hate a lot about myself but this isn't one of those things. I personally used frequencies to tighten up some skin that always bugged me due to my jaw alignment it looked like a slight double chin. (YES they Work, They are also great for producing more collagen)
Try not to obsess over others appearances and look for what you find beautiful and unique about yourself you're all works of art. There's no one exactly like you.
Edit: I randomly came across this on my recommended, btw. There's one thing I want to add make sure you know how you feel about yourself outside the influence of others social media Etc.

I've been doing this exercise everyday for the past 3 weeks so i'm going to give my review so far. At first, I didn't notice anything when i looked in the mirror but when I looked at the photos i've been taking of my face every few days I noticed I have much more defined cheek bones then I had a few weeks ago. I'll update you in a few weeks, lmk if you have any questions!

As someone who just entered their 30s, my cheeks have gotten chubby (runs in the family, all my elders have faces that get more full) even though my body is fit. Feels good to do this, definitely helps feel more awake

guys ive been doing this for 2 months with her other cheekbone excercise every day , and ive seen great results. my face is no longer bloated anymore. buuut if i eat something with salt in it my face gets so bloated like how do avoid it i can’t completely cut off salt it’s impossible
i think u can reduce the amount of salt you eat unless ur already doing that LOL
