Week 1: done Week 2: done So far I do see some neat results. My face got more defined and less childish (I'm a teen) and I did not only get a more defined jaw, but also even something of a little of visible cheekbones (just a tiny winsy but, but it's not nothing) Imma continue doing these and probably wrote about the results Week 3: done Week 4: meh, my mental health kinda kept me from doing them every day but my face overall has become much much more defined. My advise is to always use cold water to wash your face, use rose water as a toner, use a gel based face wash & definitely apply sunscreen. Also use oil blotting paper or a face mist if your face is oily during the day.
@@pooja350use a gentle cleanser like the cerave foaming cleanser, then use niacinimide (a good one is from the ordinary) then make sure you moisturize (my favourite is the moisturising lotion from cerave). A common misconseption is that if you have oily skin moisturising will make it worse. But this usually makes it worse. The skin is making up for its lack of moisture by producing excess oil. And like Pooja said, you should always apply sunscreen.

Be careful especially for the second exercise to not really strain your muscles or clench your teeth too much in the process. I've developed a slight TMJ disorder most likely from the second one(because theres more pain when I do that one), otherwise, these, exercises work very well! I've seen a difference in just a several weeks
