Face shapes do have an impact on how much you can get the jaw line to pop out and such because some people's bones are slightly different than others but this does help to some degree in keeping fat off of your face if that's an issue you have. Example would be double chins. You can definitely get rid of those. Also eating healthy and doing exercises for the rest of the body is good too.
I’ve now been doing this exercises for a month 2 times a day in the morning and at night, and I just wanted to mention that the results are incredible, I feel and genuinely look more confident and beautiful. I’ve noticed that people like to mention quick results, but this workout does take time, consistency, and patience. I’ve been doing this twice everyday for almost two weeks and I DO see a difference. This is the only facial exercise that has worked for me after wasting so much time doing other jaw workouts. This is the one to do!

THIS WORKS! im so glad to find this exercise. i do it twice a day everyday after my exercise. been doing it for 2 weeks now and i can finally see my jawline. you can do it before bedtime or anytime u like but just do it 2-3 times for faster result.😍😍 btw. my neck looks better as well.
So i decided to try this out, my face is round, im starting to have a double chin and i dont have a jawline at all. I will keep track of progress so everyone knows if it works or not. Also i am typing this one day after the first day of trying this jawline exercise. My progress: Day 1: I did this exercise 3 times and IT ACTUALLY WORKED ALREADY! My sister said that a line is starting to form that iv'e never had and it's getting noticable already❤ Day 2: I did this 3 times and i think its still the same as yesterday. I do feel that my skin is getting tighter and that my double chin is getting reduced :) Day 3: I did it 2 times because i went shopping all day and didn't seem to notice anything change that much Day 4: I did this exercise 3 times and I felt my skin getting tighter again💖 Day 5: Did it 3 times. I didn't notice or feel any changes today tho. I'm doing this for a week! I'm skinny but for some reason my face is so chubby, especially around my jawline and cheeks. These will be 100% honest results. I'll be doing it twice a day:) day 1: felt really good while doing it day 2: my jaw was a little sore when I would turn my head a certain way, obviously no results yet day 3: I reallyyyy felt the stretch while doing this, my jaw is so sore day 4: I'm a lot more comfortable doing the exercises
Iam back here to write this review. Iam a girl who always had to face my families continuous taunting on how fat I look. My face was swollen even though I was able to maintain my body with some exercise. I tried dieting an everytime I ended up ill. It was only recently I came across this video and was super excited and did all the exercise with positivity. It's only been 4 or 5 days but I can already feel changes on my face. I have a round face with double chin but I'm slim. So this video is really perfect l. THIS WORKS! im so glad to find this exercise. i do it twice a day everyday after my exercise. been doing it for 2 weeks now and i can finally see my jawline. you can do it before bedtime or anytime u like but just do it 2-3 times for faster result.😍😍

So i decided to try this out, my face is round, im starting to have a double chin and i dont have a jawline at all. I will keep track of progress so everyone knows if it works or not. Also i am typing this one day after the first day of trying this jawline exercise.
My progress:
Day 1: I did this exercise 3 times and IT ACTUALLY WORKED ALREADY! My sister said that a line is starting to form that iv'e never had and it's getting noticable already❤
Day 2: I did this 3 times and i think its still the same as yesterday. I do feel that my skin is getting tighter and that my double chin is getting reduced :)
Day 3: I did it 2 times because i went shopping all day and didn't seem to notice anything change that much
Day 4: I did this exercise 3 times and I felt my skin getting tighter again💖
Day 5: Did it 3 times. I didn't notice or feel any changes today tho. I do hope it will work :)
Day 6: Did it twice and now my not so noticeable double chin is completely gone🙌🏼

Iam back here to write this review. Iam a girl who always had to face my families continuous taunting on how fat I look. My face was swollen even though I was able to maintain my body with some exercise. I tried dieting an everytime I ended up ill.
