    Kept having issues with the light still projecting as a circle when I looked into it AMD GPU'S don't support the clip extension feature for image textures is there any work around for this or am I out of luck? CPU rendering just isn't going to cut it for what I'm working on.

    • @RyanKingArt
      @RyanKingArt  ปีที่แล้ว

      Ahh sorry to hear that. I didn't know there were features like that, that didn't work with some hardware. I don't know a workaround.

    Maybe you have solved this but how can I set the distance where light is visible? For example, If I want to do a hologram, inside a room, the light reach to the roof. I want it to stop in the hologram, not emmiting light in the roof. Is it possible? Your tutorials help me a lot ^^.

    Yo Ryan.. You are apparantly the most guy on youtube interested in Blender procedural materials. One of the most difficult materials to make is cloth, specially wool knots.. an artist by the name of Simon Thomes made his take on it available to download on his website. It's gorgeous.. However, the free version contains one pattern only.. I watched a video of it with more patterns, might be his paid version..
    I'd like to see your take on it.. Perhaps you find it interesting to make a tutorial for it or even make it aside for download free or paid if it's too much for a tutorial..
