TOY HAULER RESTORATION Project Chevy Kodiak Part 1 Body Work

This rig we picked up on market place primarily to move out west! It did awesome…. How ever this 91 kodiak needs some serious love and attention.
This is part 1 of “un cobbling” the north country out of it and cleaning this beast up…. It had alot of corrosion and rot issues on the old sleeper cab… so it had to go.

That's a nice utility bed on the Ford. Welder is way to hot for thin body panels, less heat more wire speed will get you a bigger tack.

The OBS Ford with the Service body wants to be a Fummins. You need to slide a 12 valve Cummins 6BT into it.
