Pretty sure he’s already done dermalogica ! As you could imagine Hyram wouldn’t touch some of the products with a 10 foot pole ! They use an awful lot of essential oils.

Liz Earle = tons of essential oils. You can guess what Hyram is going to say! The only product from them I still like (and can use without my skin freaking out) is Eyebright eye lotion. It's very soothing.

HYYYRRRAMMMM!!!! I introduced you to my little sister (22 year old grad student studying mech engineering) and she's improved her skin care game sooo muchhh! She went from using hand soap ("cause all soap is soap....") to now having a good routine consisting of double cleansing (on the days she wears makeup, if not one cleanse), a retinol serum, and moisturizer!! She'll also use vitamin C and spf in the morning!!! She and I both love your analytical and scientific approach to skincare formulas and ingredients, while still acknowledging your biases. Thank you so much! You've helped her improve her skin, and me be a very proud big sister

Omg dude... the kombucha essence is the only skincare product I see myself using for the rest of my life. I get compliments on my skin ALL the time and I know it is in huge part to using the kombucha essence before the rest of my products day and night. It's sooo soothing and silky and my skin drinks it up. I can't believe you'd be disappointed with it! It's incredible.

I want to know. I love their oil cleanser just bought a second bottle but i need to know if in the long run its a no bueno
I tried the whole acne line. The cleanser felt and smells like dove soap but as a liquid, the moisturizer made my skin itch, and the acne gel made my skin feel like it was suffocating. I didnt see more or less acne just super uncomfortable

Their fragrance is VERY low on the list and you can barely smell it. It’s basically just using enough to cancel out the bad scent of chemicals. It’s a very good brand overall

I have the face mask and I have extremely dry sensitive skin. Ive almost used it all and I've honestly never had any issues with it and it made my skin feel and look amazing!

I have sensitive skin and the rose mask has not irritated my skin at all. It helps my skin when it is super irritated.
Their rose mask actually gave me a SEVERE allergic reaction that really bordered on chemical burns. I never understood why until I started watching your channel. Even though you hadn’t actually covered Fresh, hearing you talk so much about fragrance made me realize that it definitely had to be one of the fragrant ingredients. Thank you for this!

I was gifted the Lotus Moisturizer, and I have never gotten so many compliments on how glowy my skin is!
So, these products will often give you decent results in the short term, but end up damaging your skin in the long term. There are other videos about it to check out!

I feel so special because I actually worked there and only really used the soy face cleanser and advanced therapy lip treatment...which is what he recommended. YAYYYYY!!! I knew it wasn't just me when it came to all of that fragrance. I've tried every item in the line and noticed sensitivity over time. I really tried my best to find the perfect combo, but unfortunately I couldn't find a perfect set for me. And, yes, Marketing is PHENOMENAL there....formulations are done in France. :-)

I tried face masks by them like twice, both burned my face horribly. I tried their spot treatment first... that also burned horribly
In my opinion, eye creams are absolutely necessary if you have:
1. Sensitive skin,
2. Very dry skin,
3. Eczema,
4. Mature skin,
5. Puffy Undereyes,
6. Lines/wrinkles,
7. Texture.
In my case, all of the above applies. 🤣 Many of us can't use our regular moisturizers around the eye area because it's too strong, and it also doesn't address any concerns other than moisturizing. When you are younger, I think it's enough to just water it down with a simple bland moisturizer. However, after age 40, most of us will have signs of aging.
I have extremely dry undereyes, so I need to layer serums and creams. I use a simple Hylauronic Acid Serum, a peptide serum, a retinol eye cream, a Vitamin C eye cream, a fermented eye cream with peptides and ceramides (the Benton one you mentioned 😁) and an eye mask. I use very thin layers and let each absorb, and my undereyes look and feel better than they did 10 years ago.
P.s. I do agree most eye creams are overpriced. I usually use Kate Sommerville or Dr. Brandt retinol eye cream IF I can get it for $12.00 or less through Boxycharm or FAB Fit Fun. The same for Vitamin C (I use Juice Beauty, also $12.00), and the rest are Korean, which cost around $20 for twice the amount of product as high end brands. I also love First Aid Beauty's Retinol Eye Cream, but only get it during the Sephora Sale or as part of a set.

I just didn't realize how many products have fragrance until I developed a contact allergy to fragrance. I am so grateful for any information on fragrance free and would love for companies to be more forthcoming with the info.

The fresh soy cleanser is my holy grail! I love it soooooooo much and it keeps my skin together in a way I didnt know that I was possible 😭.
I’m using it now and I like it a lot! I think I got it in a boxycharm because it’s more expensive than I would normally spend lol... my go to is Pacifica 👍🏻☺️
Since the cleanser is said to remove makeup would you use it as a first cleanser? Or do I just use that one and continue with my routine? Does it leave a greasy feeling? Woah I asked more than I thought I would sorry 😅
Hanfa Noor If you have on makeup use a pre cleansing oil THEN use a cleanser to wash your face. You can still pre cleanse if you aren’t wearing makeup to remove dirt/sunscreen
ros rothliya 13 here. I use it along with a aveeno cleanser and it has satisfactory results for my combination/oily skin.

Their tinted lip balms are interestingly the only lip moisturizers with spf that I’ve found that doesn’t irritate my cheilitis, but I do wish they weren’t loaded with fragrance 😢
Some of the lip balms I have from them smell like coke to me... I really loved the texture and colours tho... So I get it.

The only essence I use is the I’m From Mugwort Essence. I really like it! I use it whenever my sensitive skin is inflamed or irritated and it soothes and calms it down well.

Hi, Before I watched Hyrams videos I Had a Really Bad Skincare Routine. I did use too many products and I got many Allergic reactions from my old skincare Routine...After My Skincare Routine I Always got a Red face that did burn so much and My Undereye area gots swollen...
One time after I did use my old cleanser I couldnt breath well and I coughed so much...
I needed to Go to the Hospital...
When I was Back at home I did cry so much haha because... My Skin becomes so sensitive and I Hope that my Skin gets healthy again...
But I started to reserch More about Skincare and I found Hyrams videos🙂... My Skin becomes less sensitive and I never got a alergic reaction again...
I have now a 4 step Skincare Routine and all my Products are fragance free and all my Products are free and Alcohol free exept for my Face cream But the Alcohol is the Last Ingredient!
(cleanser, Toner, Cream, eye crem)

Hyram has changed my whole entire skincare routine
I’ve been using the fresh soy cleaner for 4+ years and its the only cleanser that doesn’t irritate my skin. It isn’t oily and if i use a makeup remover before it gets rid of the rest of my makeup. I swear by it.

They do sets around Christmas, it's the only time I will buy them. I've split a set with a friend with a different skin tone, which makes it even cheaper.
