Pastor Doug Gibbs told me of Dr Johanna Budwig Protocol Dec07 that saved his Bible College friend farmer & missionary to PNG Bernie Tolmie a leg amputation Sept07. 13yrs more life. My throat cancer (began Budwig Dec07) diagnosed Feb08, tonsillectomy & neck dissection. Drs saved tongue &vbox nerves.
Declined radio"therapy". Pronounced "cured" 11/11/13. Budwig Protocol followed moderately since as Dr Budwig "Cancer never cured, if it comes back it's with a vengeance ". Due TIA Stroke Sept23 thyroid swelling reducing throat dia, seen on scanner screen. (Same beloved ENT Dr" Not the same cancer as B4" ) Thyroidectomy chosen Feb24; & more care in diet & Budwig Protocol use. Nxt debate is Radio Active Iodine to locate if other cancer exist.
Better get more "Worlds Best" Green Tea from son Alan who founded Noble&Sunday Tea Importers.
Green Tea is a best source of Antioxidants Dr Johanna tea-ches. (A play on words by 68yr old) 35% School Cert English.
1st cancer likely caused breathing plastic welding fumes. Now recognized hazard by ACC in NZ. I'm not keen on a short cut to glory as Yeshua was invited in 1968 or so, early teenage. Thks to parents, Golf Rd Gospel Chapel Taumarunui & later Ariel Ministries Dr Arnold Fructenbaum. We see Scriptural fulfillment happening on News. Cheers Fred.

Many years ago my body was a wreck, I tuned into TH-cam and found information like what Dr Li has shown us in this blog! I have also been taking many spices when cooking which has cleared my arthritis, sciatica etc! Your local Doctor/s are like detectives in trying to find a treatment for your illness, yet we have at our fingertips information like food that will help us, there is also food that one should leave alone! I have colitis, so I can't eat red meat, so I get my iron from many other fruits and veg. One can goggle any malfunction/s one has with their body/s, we just need to TAKE TIME too find it on the net! Good luck! Many thanks Doctor!

You are what you eat. Your diet impacts your health.
Lower stress, reduce obesity, get enough sleep and more exercise are key to a healthy life.
Obesity in children and adults is rising across the world.
Fast food and sugary drinks including fruit juices are contributing to the problem of poor health and obesity.
Eat a healthy plant based diet and exercise regularly.
Reduce or ELIMINATE cows milk, eggs, cheese and meat. Eat more salad greens, beans, fruit and vegetables. Eliminate fast food, snacks like cookies, cakes, chips, and sugary drinks and juices.
Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly.
Regular exercise will help you sleep better. Yoga is a great stress reducer.
Obesity is all too common today. Get off the couch. Get off the phone, ipad or video game.
A variety of stretching and other exercises help with increased mobility.
Ride to work, ride to school, ride for fun.
Every city should be a bicycle city.
Speak up for bicycles in your community

I have smoothies with berries and greek yogurt, chia seeds, banana, organic peanut butter and a big handful of organic spinach. I fix oats and add blueberries and cinnamon. Ceylon cinnamon not regular cinnamon. I also add walnuts to my salads for omega health. I've never had covid and had the flu one time in my life when younger. I never get colds and always have entergy. I do believe what we eat is how we survive in a world of chemicals and pesticides. I also take milk thristle to protect my liver. Fruits usually contain sugar.
    Cancer cells love sugar.
In fact, in contrast to other human cells, which can feed on fat (ketones), cancer cells will die, if they do not get sugar.
Feeding sugar (carbs) to cancer patients is murder.
    Cancer cells are very clever.
They signal to the human metabolism mainly two things:
    - the urge to eat and drink sweet food
    - the conversion of proteins into glucose (sugar)
Therefore, it is very difficult for most patients to starve and kill the cancer cells.
Hint: In order to avoid the transformation of proteins into sugar, you need to regularly do sports. That will signal to the body NOT to convert the muscles into glucose (sugar).
If you are mentally strong enough to resist carbs and exercise a lot, you can fight cancer.
    Most people can’t.
That is why we see so many doctors with three day weeks on the golf courses.
Personally I enjoy playing golf with them. They are quite relaxed, drive interesting cars, travel a lot and have many more things to talk about.
Therefore, I am quite thankful to all their patients funding them …
Hint2: Fasting is also very dreadful for cancer cells.

    • @dennisward43
      @dennisward43 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

Fruits contain fructose (at varying amounts depending on the fruit) and, unlike other food and sugars, goes straight to the liver, where it turns into fat in the liver if too much is eaten in a sitting. A certain limited amount is healthy though, especially so if one exercises after eating fruit.

    • @happyactivehealthy100years4
      @happyactivehealthy100years4 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +11

@@dennisward43 Olives and Avocados are fine. They contain fat. They don’t contain sugar. So they are fine.
All carbs turn into fat if not consumed by muscles within a short amount of time.
Glucose in the blood will be consumed by the cells. This happens via the rise in insulin level. The insulin floating in the blood system will „tell“ the cells, including the liver cells, to remove the glucose from the blood.
The cells then store the glucose in form of fat.
This interesting process is not widely understood. Most people think that eating fat makes them fat.
      But the opposite is true.
      Eating sugar makes you fat.
Eating fat teaches the metabolism that fat is „food“. Once the body has understood this, ALL fat in the body is food. Hence the metabolism will consume fat, making the person slim.
Note: In what I described, there is an EXCLUSIVITY. When eating fat (ketogenic nutrition) you must not eat carbs. About 20g to 50g per day is okay, depending on the individual condition and level of exercise.
Switching the metabolism to pure fat burning mode is not possible if there is (too much) glucose.
      Returning to cancer:
      No carbs = No cancer
      Very simple.
      Very efficient.
      Very disturbing for doctors
      Very dangerous for pharmacists
No profit for the sickness industry.
Each person is responsible for his own health.
      Good luck 🍀

People don't go on meat fasts when they have cancer - they go on fruit fasts. Fruit is God's intended good for humans.

    • @dennisward43
      @dennisward43 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

@@happyactivehealthy100years4 Yes I agree with most of that. Eating fats are much more satiating than sugary food and you don't need to eat just animal products to get healthy fats and protein.
With sugar spikes people often crave more sugary food after a few hours and end up putting on weight. Sugar is bad for the teeth as well. The only reason why so many people eat so much sugar is because the producers of sugary foods are allowed to, without the same kinds of warnings that the tobacco industry were allowed to get away with for so long. They are also allowed to get away with hiding their total sugar content by including 'hidden' sugars in their ingredients. Powerful grain companies that market these unhealthy products, especially breakfast cereals to children, should be challenged much more forcefully. The rise in dementia and other mental issues like ADHD may well be linked to sugar in many cases.
