I have owned and lived in similar homes/locations and I can tell you that every word he spoke can be heard by everyone on that waterway as if they're sitting across from you. Last home I left cause I had a retired lady living on the waterway that started on her phone at 8am till 8pm and I could hear every single word and laugh till I finally sold and moved. Great for entertainment or second/third home.
You have great presentation and blend your personality well into it, Jason. Good job! Personally, I would convert that entire rooftop into a huge home gym.

The glass in the kitchen will be a constant chore to keep clean, as soon as it's slightly greasy and splattered it will stand out specially with all that natural light coming in, I'm surprised the stove top was not placed well away from the glass on an island . Same with that hallway looking shower. Plastic grass needs maintenance as well or it breaks, fades and holds water preventing drainage from your lovely flat roof. They could have gone with a natural solution or solar panels ,the location though .....that's the real prize.
The thin black poles etc and too many black frames through all the windows just really looked cheap and spoiled all the windows. That staircase looks straight up daunting from the get go. Yeah the layout of the kitchen needs more thought to functionality.
Jason this is my favorite home!! Price is right and corner property is my favorite, and roof top is awesome hope one day I’ll own this. Annie Karyna the Architect you did an awesome job God bless !!

First time I've seen one of your videos. I love your style. Relaxed, jocular but still informative. Still about the home and not just you. Subscribed very quickly. The home is amazing. The kitchen/bar is a daring design which works very well. Shame more thought didn't go into the walk in closets which look like minimal cost and effort. Out of place against other amazing details, like the colour applied to the underside of the staircase.

In a good way! :) In the same way that yacht tours never miss the engine room, I'd love to see the plant room for homes like these. I think the way plumbing and cabling is installed, the fact that there might be an equipment rack for home automation, that type of thing, is very much part of assessing and appreciating high-end properties. I know it can lack glamour. But it is an important feature of any 21st century home. And definitely show the inside of garages too. Even if just a sneaky peek. (I know they are sometimes full of builders/staging things and therefore unavailable.)

This is a beautiful Pompano Beach mansion. I like the master bedroom and its view of the sea, I like the glass master bathroom. I like the TV stand in the master bedroom and living room. If I own this mansion I will turn the rooftop into a third floor with bedrooms, bathrooms, and entertainment room.
This was clearly designed to be more of a boutique hotel than a house. Lounge spaces, large private quarters, separate staff areas... it has a very particular lifestyle in mind.
