This is one of the most beautiful properties you guys have shown. And ya'll have had some real stunners too. So that really says something about this one. Great to see a new video from you guys. Keep em coming and I'll keep enjoying them.
$14 million? That is way overpriced. Maybe half that would seem more appropriate. Why is this video so incoherent? You are just rushing through everywhere with no continuity. It doesn't provide any feel for the layout. It may as well be random rooms in different houses. Then just a bunch of still photos? Look, here's a novel Idea. Why not just have a camera operator walk through the front door, give us a look around, then proceed one room at a time in some sort of order as if we were actually taking a tour?
You sound miserable. If you want videos like that find another channel. If you need a hug, find a friend. If you need help, which clearly you do, it’s never too late.
Nothing against the relator this property, or this presentation which is very professional. This estate is definitely worth the 14 million in S. Florida, New York, Nothern Jersey, Colorado or California - you bet! However, in Davison County, NC there 3 maybe 4 possible buyers out of the Charlotte metro area. Even in the hot housing market in Central NC, It will end up selling well south of 8 million. Good Luck, great presentation!
You think only 3 or 4 people in Charlotte would be potential buyers? Out of the many many football players, basketball players (current and retired), and financial industry executives?
I think the floor for this home is $8M. It won’t sell well below that at all. The land has value (you aren’t getting 13 acres within 30 minutes of city center in any of the places you listed). At 250k/ac, you’re missing at least 3M in land value excluding the residence.
This would have been better if it was filmed as a walk through as opposed to quick frames every few seconds. This shows no cohesion it's just a bunch of separate rooms.
I like the home but there are security concerns for a home so OPEN and spacious. Not sure how far the front gate is in the front and intruders can come from the woods in almost any direction. Nah...
* * Exquisite architecture, design and quality...and yes, it has the right acreage for something so expansive...! Still I have a MAJOR question: ....Why a house built in 2018 and valued in April 2024 at $7.6M is now - September 2024 - for sale at $14M...? ...............With an assessment of $7.1M....!!!....Hello...????...................... .............Do I smell EXTREME SPECULATIVE selling...in times of RECESSION and high mortgage rates? ......................................Will never sell over $9M........................Good luck fishing...!!!.................... * *
right now most properties are not worth the money after helene insurance for this place be paying 20% of the property every year to insure it and only gurenteed the insurance company wont pay you when something happens like here in florida.
Why do rich people always go so big...😢. A three bedroom with a couple outbuildings would be fine. My priorities are different, but if i couldnt clean it myself i wouldnt want it.
First two minutes I thought I was going to get motion sick from all of the rapid switching of photos... I also noticed that some locations like the kitchen were shown at different time stamps and with different views which made me think there was another kitchen. This happened with living room, etc. Stopped watching at that point as I felt it was kind of misleading. I personally prefer that the video/photos follow a linear path start to finish vs here's one view and now we are going to look elsewhere and here's another view of the previous kitchen, etc.
That's how I try to shoot my videos as if you are walking through the house like a tour. I do like these somewhat but I get confused like you with all of the switching. Hard to tell where rooms are located and how they flow to the next and so on. To each his own.
It’s setup how the current owners want, in what looks like a practice field for athletics. What if an athlete owned the home and wanted to practice on “fake grass”? Did you mean turf? A common field type for pro footballers.
@@zaphod2 it’s no different from having a home gym. What are you not understanding. I’m sure you can see the 12+ acres of actual grass surrounding the property, and a small section of turf carved out for exercise. There’s even equipment sitting on the exercise portion. Wow. And it’s not that common in the USA at all. High traffic areas like some sports stadiums use it. People in apartments use it on their balcony for pets, some use it in small yards where landscape equipment may not fit properly, or can’t grow grass properly due to shade. But it’s not widely used to replace grass. It seems you are using your comment to criticize the USA rather than understand why things are done the way they are. What’s next? The house is built with sticks? Haha
We have fake grass at our home in Southern California with a putting green also,It’s lush green year round,No mowing or watering,I will never have real grass again it’s amazing
Pure gluttony at it's finest that 90% of this country could never afford, not to mention need...not impressed in the slightest...very much over this world's obsession with bigger and more luxurious for the chosen few
Simply stunning. A very peaceful home. Thank you for sharing. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Interior decorating on this house is off the charts gorgeous..
Driven past this house several times…..great location
Enes would do a fine job touring this estate.

enough bedrooms but where's the 20 car garage?.
It’s on 13 acres 😒
god give to everyone
Kindly share the details of the architect in the description, there are many outside the US that would want something similar

14 million you need to slow this down so ppl can see what there money is buying
I’m thinking about getting this one but I have to see the rest of other properties that you have in your arsenal

Wonder what this place looks like now after hurricane Helene 😮
allright
Are there any shots after the hurricane?
♟️🧰
😍
Post hurricane I'm guessing you could get this place at a discount.
Очень красивый дом . Только я бы его сделал более ярким. Стены покрасил в салатовый цвет.

I LOVE YOU
😊❤👍
How many people are supposed to be in there at once though, 460? I mean holy shit.
Beautiful house but why so much it is gorgeous though
:)
Such an amazing property! However, how many homes could be built for homeless families on that acerage!
The freeloading liberals want everything for nothing.
That's the government's problem not the owner of this house

Love the house! But I want to know what the owner does for a living so that I can afford such a place in the future?
Drug dealer or Republican

Just like any home anywhere.
Should've did a real walk through showing instead of pictures and explained everything
5 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms- is it a house for incontinent people ?
5 beds - no 7 and then ask this price.
4/4 stars
Too contemporary for me but a nice house.

They can ask what ever they want, its worth a shot and who knows they just may get it. All it takes is one buyer with deep pockets. and no sense
