Great video enes but, A 25 million dollar house where 1 bedroom has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms share 1 bathroom. A house with so many amenities, so much area: a pool, multiple sitting areas, 6 beds has a total of 5.5 baths and even in that, this designer thought it would be a good idea to put 2 of Those 5.5 baths in one bloody bedroom. Even a 15-year-old would not skip these basics.

Enes, while I've never been a particular fan of modern architecture, this particular home truly captures my imagination. The consideration of the windows and lighting with regard to maintaining privacy is remarkable. I'm happy to report that this home is a very impressive build and appears to be in a great location with its proximity to Miami. I truly enjoyed this review.
Yeah the designer hit a nice balance on this one with the clean, lighter modern look but just enough warmth and organic touches it doesn't feel soulless and clinical. With just a few touches the atmosphere could easily be adjusted to cosy.

I LOVE how they raised the house. First floor is just garage and outdoor areas. This ensures that you won't get main living floors flooded during hurricanes and also gives you room for a bigger swimming pool

Another great episode! As a plant lover, I have to mention that the "palm" in the middle of the water feature is a Pandanus utitlis, also called a screw pine. It's neither a palm nor a pine tree!!! The best plant to highlight is the "Old Man" palm, Coccothrinax crinita, on the right hand side of the front walkway. That's a really amazing palm and placed intentionally as a focal piece!!

I have been watching a lot of home tour videos lately. I believe I started with videos you created. As I've watched more and more, I have to tell you, your videos are hands down, the best out there.
Enes; also, "clad" (used as a verb, such as..."These stairs are all clad with marble" COULD work. Again, though, to "clad" something refers to the outermost layer (having a connotation, again, of being cheap). Merriam-Webster (online): "specifically: to cover (a metal) with another metal by bonding." (when used as a verb). Just a little FYI. LOVE your videos!
I love this channel! I’m neither an architect or designer. As a new homeowner of a 8000sq penthouse in the city of Shenzhen, I’ve coming onto this channel for inspiration. as someone who’s extremely detail oriented, I find working with designers in Mainland China extremely difficult as I feel like their designs are soulless and impersonal and they disregard details and practicality a lot. Frustration led me to becoming more and more hands on in the design process. The design phase has been going on for over 7 months, and there’s no end in sight. however, with the help of this channel, I’m now confident that I will be equipped with the best knowledge necessary to build the home I want.
That will be one of my vacation homes when I want to get away for awhile and enjoy some r&r, or when I want to get away from all this snow and freezing cold (I live in Michigan). Starting from the gate to the greeneries, water feature, and the design is very fine. The house looks expensive yet cozy. I also like the glass railings used in the house. And the master bedroom. The washer area is cramped, as well as one of the bedrooms. If I am going to pay 25 millon without much property I want it to be very spacious.
