Great video enes but, A 25 million dollar house where 1 bedroom has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms share 1 bathroom. A house with so many amenities, so much area: a pool, multiple sitting areas, 6 beds has a total of 5.5 baths and even in that, this designer thought it would be a good idea to put 2 of Those 5.5 baths in one bloody bedroom. Even a 15-year-old would not skip these basics.

Enes, while I've never been a particular fan of modern architecture, this particular home truly captures my imagination. The consideration of the windows and lighting with regard to maintaining privacy is remarkable. I'm happy to report that this home is a very impressive build and appears to be in a great location with its proximity to Miami. I truly enjoyed this review.
Yeah the designer hit a nice balance on this one with the clean, lighter modern look but just enough warmth and organic touches it doesn't feel soulless and clinical. With just a few touches the atmosphere could easily be adjusted to cosy.
Architects and designers must love you Enes! You find and expertly describe practically every unique detail that they worked so hard to design and install! Most people take in the overall aesthetic appeal of a home or space without even noticing every detail that was designed into it! That must be so frustrating for them, until they watch your channel and have you find their hidden design gems! Great job! 👏 👏👏

Absolutely gorgeous modern look. This is what a house that makes a statement looks like! Although the home is small for it's price, it more than makes up with the simplicity and perfect designs it integrates so well within the home and the exterior
I LOVE how they raised the house. First floor is just garage and outdoor areas. This ensures that you won't get main living floors flooded during hurricanes and also gives you room for a bigger swimming pool

This house is amazing! Your taste is the best Enes! Usually, i don't like Florida houses since they feel so cold with all the shiny polishes, white floors, and no wood accents to warm the place up. But this one is just perfect!

I have been watching a lot of home tour videos lately. I believe I started with videos you created. As I've watched more and more, I have to tell you, your videos are hands down, the best out there.
Miami is beyond beautiful ! The architect who worked on this house is a genius. Created a masterpiece ! It’s not too big or too small. The natural light throughout the house is excellent touch
Whoever chooses music for these videos definitely deserves raise.. they do amazing job.. it's a tiny detail but it sets the mood perfectly for the video and somehow they always choose something appropriate for the property ❤️.
What makes these videos better than the competition - besides the professionalism of delivery/filming, edit etc. - is the likability of Enes and Mikey.

Another great episode! As a plant lover, I have to mention that the "palm" in the middle of the water feature is a Pandanus utitlis, also called a screw pine. It's neither a palm nor a pine tree!!! The best plant to highlight is the "Old Man" palm, Coccothrinax crinita, on the right hand side of the front walkway. That's a really amazing palm and placed intentionally as a focal piece!!

I do not like price.
The washer area is cramped, as well as one of the bedrooms. If I am going to pay 25 millon without much property I want it to be very spacious.
