I love this home. It gives more of vacation home but it’s still so cozy with the natural and minimalistic colors. The trees gives it island and calmness. I loveee how you spotted out the coral detailing on the steps! You always do a great job.

This is a beautiful house with a unique design. I like the Portuguese limestone floor and kitchen island. I like the coral wall by the stair. The Ancient Egyptians built the pools in front of their houses. This Miami house has a pool in the front.
Before that video i watched different one with house for 40mil...and I would choose this one. Color matching, materials like coral wall, limestone make it feel very relaxing inside. Bravo for pointing details, materials, architectural ideas. It make us feel spaces better and dream living in Miami more vivid. Pss. Few days ago i watched your diff video and I thought, if i editing i would tell you to make some moon walk or other dance steps and boom u dance in the pantry haha. Same to add some slow mo scenes and funny stuff cause your are enjoyable to watch and boom here they are. Nice video in dream house.
Absolutely amazing home......dream come true 100% Still....at 8:51 I saw humidity stains all over the place on the stucco and early green moss buildup below those vents/lights. Not that i have 11 mil, but if I had.....for a brand new house that would bug dafuk out of me.
Had just the right amount of plants but what's in the area...gated community? How far from shore? Why so few tubs, no seating in showers...love it it is so light and inviting... It has just enough room for my stuff. Would want to see this place when touring Florida...
