    Just did this workout with my 83 year old grandma. This year has been hard, she not leaving the house pretty much at all because of Covid. This was amazing for her!!!! Thank you

    Love your workouts. I have lower back arthritis and connective tissue problems in the hips and IT bands. Makes working out very difficult. You're a breath of fresh air for this 63 year old lady. Thanks for caring about us. We're often overlooked and forgotten.

    Deron is amazing...I found this video for mom who is 99 years old and was having lower back pain and sciatica problems. she has been exercising with Deron now for 3 months and she isn't complaining anymore that she hurts. Thank you Deron

    My sister told me about this gentleman. I really enjoyed this workout and it definitely gave me a bit of a sweat. I'm just getting over a sinus/bronchial infection and too much exercise can set off the cough: this wasn't bad, so I'll keep it up and look for others to use.

    Thank you so much! I’m nearly 72, still work outside the home 20+ hrs per week, but have gained a 20 lb belly which is sooo uncomfortable since Covid shut downs. My feet are also tired of holding me up so are becoming a problem. Need to lose but must be careful as I have had 2 hip replacements & have spondylolisthesis in my low back. Yet, I’m on my feet all day and do pretty good but it’s weight business has got to go so God bless you and thank you and I’m grateful for your tips as they are wonderful and I appreciate them and want to stick with them. have a beautiful day. 💐

    I like the fact that you count out the excercise instead of an example. This is a great excerise to build my core and keep the scatia nerve in place (I think). I like your enthusiam. I am finding that I keep up with you and plan each day to exxcerise. Thank you!

    I do many fitness classes from TH-cam,all styles this is a very good class for seniors. And people that are recovering from injuries ,or surgeries, where u can't stand long and want to be seated.

    OMGosh! Iam so glad I found you!!! You literally saved my joints. Really!!! I wished I had you 10-15 yrs ago😁. I can tell a difference in my knees ankles shoulders & hips!!! My Rheumatologist asked me for your channel so she can share with other patients w/ deal with JT pain and stiffness. You have been a true blessing and aid to me. THANKS FOR SHARING AND SHOWING ME AN ALTERNATIVE TO POPPING PILLS AND GETTING ME TO

    Great news Deron. I have been doing the Balance Exercises for last three weeks and I am so glad for the following changes in my balance: I can now get in and out of car without any strain, my walking has improved too. I believe I will give up the cane very soon. Thank you so much for inspiring exercises.

    What a great program. I was in a traffic accident in 2003 I have had 8 operations on the back and neck... 10 rods in back 8 in neck... this program has helped me so much. You exercise routine hits the right balance all the way around... warm up, cool down, balance, cardio and relaxation breathing... that covers it all... I'm beginning to regain some of my former confidence... Thank you, Thank you... from an re-energized Senior... at 70

    I got my dad watching these.This one and the balance videos. He stands up easier and walks so much better instead of that shuffle. I am happy to have found you!!

    I am in treatment with chiro for my back, knees and neck now and she will tell me to do
    this as soon as I am able. Too much weight in the pandemic and immobility. I need to get rid of this excess! Thank you for these.

    I went through this session today and could immediately feel the difference. I have done others throughout the weeks--not everyday. But today, after this one I could stand up from a straight chair (without arms) without a struggle. Try it. I haven't done that in years! I always needed assistance to stand from a chair without arms. I will definitely continue to use this series of exercises. Also, my arthritic pain is definitely diminished. Thank you so much.

    I can't believe how stiff I am. Even the easiest exercises hurt a little. Thank you for this program. I am using the first two chair videos this week... first week.Next week I will go on to the balance exercises but I am going to keep these two as my warm ups from now on. It only take 20 minutes to start (or end) the day right.

    After ordering so many exercise programs, only to find out that they were too difficult for me to do, I thank God that I have now found exercise routines that I'm actually able to do!     Just wanted to reach out and let you know - my kidneys shut down on me in march, its been a struggle to get my gfr and heart rate back up - its a work in progress kind of thing lol - i lost my balance during this and was heavily using a cane which i hate! I have been doing this balance exercise for two weeks - my shoulder feels 80% better, my heart rate is climbing and as of yesterday i lost my cane! Thank you for this balance exercise!
