Phil's second house was gorgeous, that couple missed out!
They wanted champagne houses for lemonade money, especially the second couple.

No they didn't. They simply wanted The RIGHT House. One in which there wasn't a danger of their animals being run over. The second house had a long galley kitchen that didn't open onto the very small garden with no view. And the 3rd house meant months of plaster dust: THEY HAVE A NEW BABY. Their issues had NOTHING to do with 'champagne taste.'
£275,000-£300,000 was lemonade money in the northeast of England in 2016? That's eight years ago. I think they were probably being realistic.

As much as Phil might like, the safety issue ISN'T GOING TO EVAPORATE. Why does he think it COULD??? THAT, I find annoying: When a VALID ISSUE is treated as a whim.
I can't imagine leaving the cats outside. It cuts their life expectancy in half.
