Seen this one before, but still inspiring. Thank you Kirsty & Phil.
Money is not meant to control people rather it is meant to be put to work producing more money for you. You cannot build wealth without putting money in its rightful place...
People don't understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments don't match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.
Very possible! especially at this moment. Profits can be made in many different ways, but such intricate transactions should only be handled by seasoned market professionals.
Having an investment advisor is the best way to go about the stock market right now. I was going solo, but it wasn't working. I've been in touch with an advisor for a while now, and just last year, I made over 80% capital growth minus dividends.
Jeff demonstrates an excellent understanding of market trends, making well informed decisions that leads to consistent profit
I'm surprised that you just mentioned and recommend Mr Jeff Clark. I met him at a conference in 2018 and we have been working together ever since.
Really enjoyed this one. Hadn't seen it yet. I love how emotional KIRSTIE got when they got the house. She really wanted to get the lovely house for the lovely couple. This show makes me so happy most of the time. TFS ❤❤😊
*The corruption that runs through this administration is getting scarier. I feel for people with disabilities who are not getting the help they deserve. Anyone who is not investing now is missing a tremendous opportunity. Imagine investing $1,000 and receiving $4,300*
I'm disabled, how can we generate more revenue during quantitative times? I can't afford to see my savings crumble to dust.
My FA Megyn Beth's strategy is the best at the moment, I recommend it for beginners because it is perfect for now and it is known.
Getting Megyn Beth to help me really helped me clear all my debts. I started with what I have left and it's been the best decision I ever made.
You're right! The very first time I tried, I invested $2000 and after a week, I received $8,400. That really helped us a lot to pay up our bills.
How do I contact Megyn???, my portfolio needs diversification.
Has this already been uploaded? I only watch this show here and I've seen this one recently.
I thought the same thing.
@@denises9426 Same - I love Pip and Kirstles but some new ones would be more appreciated :)
We've watched this before 😔
Me too, but what the hell, I watched it again. A happy episode rather than difficult customers wanting a palace for a penny!
I always mark liked or not so when it pops up again, I skip it.
YAAAAAY
So, the garage "in the garden" can support stringers of green beans, Raspberries, etc. not really a problem.
The Verwood house has only one bathroom and it's an ensuite. No thank you. I can't believe they don't see that as a problem.
"Champing" at the bit as Kirstie pronounces it toward the end (not "chomping" as Phil does, early on). Why search for houses while working in another country? Do the searching while on vacation or on days off, long weekends. Surprised Will & Georgie cannot see that with 4 bedrooms there could be a home office, dressing room and guest room as well as future space for children - a sound investment before prices climb out of control.
Since it's a phrase I've never before used, I googled it up: *Chomping* means to eat (as it does for humans). *Champing at the bit* is to be impatient (and champing is not used in any other way). Here endeth the daily lesson for me.
Champing is not a word used in general in North America, you are more likely to hear chomping at the bit. What is considered, proper English in the UK, is not the same elsewhere, it doesn’t matter!
O
Although Phil is, as a rule, well-spoken, he does make more grammatical errors than Kirstie, so perhaps it's a matter of educational background. Phil puts 'at' at the end of sentences unnecessarily ('where we are at' instead of 'where we are'). He sometimes uses 'lay' (a transitive verb: you LAY SOMETHING) when he means 'lie' (an intransitive verb: something or someone LIES), though I haven't noticed Kirstie getting that wrong. That said, they both speak better English than the presenters on - for example - Escape to the Country, in which the presenters are constantly using dangling participles to hilarious effect (for example, 'Being a keen sportsman, the ideal house will be located near a cricket pitch'). I think I've only heard Kirstie use one dangling participle in all the episodes I've watched. One reason I like Phil and Kirstie - apart from their charm and chemistry and professional insight - is that they don't speak English that is an assault on the ears or the language itself.

Kirstie can’t fight negativity - she’s the most judgmental person in the UK
