i think the "to survive you must throw" one is funny because the person in the slugcat onesie celebrated after spearing the lizard in the head - historically the least effective part to hit with a spear

they may have been speaking of the Spear Rifle mod? or just the still image a dev posted long ago of survivor holding the big gun sprite (which Spear Rifle was the first to implement as a functioning unlimited ammo weapon in early modding) (you can find it on raindb in the legacy mods section 1.5 and 1.01 \o/🎊 yay for historical archives).

I’m surprised they are showing gameplay from Five Pebbles. That is a really late-game region.
It's not like the inside of 5p you can't get very much out of the little snip of video there anyway, hardly anyone would likely notice the jump height difference.
There is absolutely a clip from inside five pebbles, but only the keenest eye would notice that crawling through tunnels in 0G looks slightly different than crawling through tunnels at normal gravity.

This trailer mini series was pretty much the only good thing that came out of the Adultswim partnership. Other than that they pretty much axed the game back when it released. It took a publisher change to revive Rain World to what it is recently.

I think these commercials are pretty funny but i don't like them because they just completely diminish the actual feeling and experience for the game... it's like, the game is about tryna survive in a harsh world but then adult swim makes these Mobile Legends ass commercials with goofy upbeat bg music 😭 but perhaps that's where the beauty of them lies.
