I neglected to mention it in the video but the full name of the suit is "Hazel Custom (High Mobility Form)". I believe standard Hazel Custom is a General type not Raid.
2:30 What happened here is one of the more annoying things about high-cost MS, a lot of them have a unique skill classified as "Biosensor". Biosensor activates when the MS drops below 30% HP and not only provides a number of buffs to the MS but also negates the stun of the attack that triggers it which happened here since even if a melee attack hits a shield it will cause stun. I'd go deeper into what Biosensor does but each MS that has a Biosensor skill gets a set of buffs unique to the MS itself so just remember that enemies can suddenly become more powerful at high-cost.
one thing that takes a while to learn with this game is all the different skills the MS have. One reason you may have been unaware how aggressive you can be with boosting straight into melee attacks is because some of the suits you may have already played don't have the High Performance Balancer skill which lets you do that. It means your melee attacks can come out a lot sooner instead of having to wait for the boosting animation to finish. Most raids also have a skill called Maneuver Armor that allows you to tank a normal stagger as long as you're boosting. So in some situations, as long as the enemy doesn't have enough time to build stun on you, you can get in close and combo them before they can stop you (assuming the enemy doesn't tackle you).
Oh Maneuver Armor sounds helpful. Combined with the shields I can see why it would be really difficult to stop a Hazel Custom who's coming right at you.
I'm definitely enjoying it more as I get more used to it. I think my favorite suit so far is Galbaldy Beta (FS) but I'm still experimenting to see what else I like.
@@firespykegames I've heard that it's pretty hard to learn the mechanics and the matchmaking is a little funky but other than that I've heard it's pretty good
When I played yesterday it seemed pretty stable. Only got kicked from a lobby a couple times in a few hours and it wasn't multiple times in a row like before.

Oh that is annoying. It did seem odd that they didn't get staggered at all there. That makes more sense.
if your crosshair looks like a circle with an X on it, you can hold the fire button to charge and release for more damage or stagger.
Ah I knew some weapons had the ability to charge but I didn't know there was an easy way to check it. Thanks!

Really glad you’ve been playing this game, and I think you’ll really like it once you find a suit you love

Did they ever fix the server connectivity issues? The last I tried to play it was a miracle if I could finish a match on PC.
