Haha yeah we’re getting better with the proper safety wear. Been doing this work for awhile so we usually feel comfortable working in whatever but we have new steel toe shoes now. Thanks for watching!
Your re-bar needs to be supported to be within the concrete and not simply underneath it. They make small concrete blocks with wires in them to twist onto the rebar Around here they are called "Dobbies". Wouldn't pass inspection before a pour. Otherwise nice work.
Men are weird. They can chop down trees, carry big rocks operate machineries and pour cement all in the span of days and still be excited but the second they get a flu they can't lift a finger. great job btw i subbed immediately
Yeah we thought about it but wasn’t quite in the budget for this build. We will however be installing a heating source inside, possibly a pellet stove. Thanks for watching!
Just found the channel, impressed with the silo transformation.
Great job! Love how you had to "walk the plank" 😅
Just found your channel. Great to see you having fun getting your ambitious jobs done.
Love that you guys always find a way to make it work 😂
Thanks! We were debating just pour the silo only and do the entrance later but we really wanted to have it all done in one pour
Mis ojos se pierden con el hermoso hermano de gorra 🧢 😍 sin embargo felicidades por el trabajo son expertos ingenieros 💪👏👏

My parent’s silo also had a tree growing in the centre of it.
Love the safety shoes you’re wearing

Just curious as to why you put down poly under the rebar?.... Is that for frost or a code requirement?...We don't do this process in Ontario, Canada
Fluids in and out?

How about bathroom facilities?
Who come here after facebook video
After searching full video hint from the comment section 😅
where is drain??
No drain being added. The white pipe we're using is just a spare conduit for anything we forget or plan on adding in the future
Heated concrete floors next time 👍🏻
