- We had to replace the distribution box on this homeowners septic system in between pouring his floor. The concrete just crumbled and it fell apart. I did not mind helping him out while we had the machines there anyways. We got his lean too on his pole barn concrete poured and radiant heat tubing installed and also installed a drain and septic tank and all the plumbing in his bathroom that was under the floor. This is a long video but packed with helpful tips.
FYI ! We add a piece of plywood to the front of the wheel barrel so we don't kink the tubing ! Instead of messing around with sheets of plywood, Down here in northwest connecticut ,

Lots of methods work,we use to use old car bodies,like vw buses for septic tanks 45 years ago and the systems still working today.

Looks great. You guys are over the top.
Compared to other concrete companies, you really go all out. I watch 2 other companies do concrete and one of them does a great job, where one other guy only pours the mud. If i lived in your area and needed concrete work done, you would be the one I would call. When the company we hired in Florida to put our pool in, close by was a stump from an old oak tree and i told them they should remove it.
You men done a good job . Keep on doing it right!

Glad you are looking out for the wire police and keeping them happy. I'd hate to see Victory's patrol car show up on your site to haul y'all off.
I'm out in the middle of nowhere in the Nebraska panhandle, and can see how some of your techniques for dealing with frost issues, while not absolutely necessary, would still be useful for the long term longitivtiy of buildings out here. I frequently see inadequate footings and basement walls having issues that could have been prevented.
Also the in-floor radiant heating would be a God-send for these shops and basement floors that now, only radiate cold. LoL

Planning makes perfect, excavating takes place first , then your base, I would have installed a swale all the way around,,but I know you made good money for that excavating, you better have, …looking nasty but. Nice work and love your attitude Bondo,…
That customer needs to a swale and maybe French drain across the whole back of the building looks like water runs down the hill in the woods and continues right to the shed
