@@dontdrugkids2675 let me explain: they wish hyram made an app that we (the fans) could download. Then, we could send in a picture of our face and fill out a survey/q&a about our skin. That way he can tell us what to get to help our skin, like each person gets their own answer for themselves. Each individual gets different answers because we all have different skin. hope this helps

These are a few things I do that helped me get skin without any acne and healthy all day.
- Use a mild face cleanser that removes excess oil and cleans your skin well. I suggest littlleextra rriiceberry face wash only as it balances the skin pH too.
- Eat a nutritious diet. Avoid oily, junk, and spicy foods. Choose vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals.
- Exercise aids clean impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body.
- Avoid touching your face often because our hands are often full of germs that can cause acne when they touch the face.
- Weekly, use an oil or serum for a facial massage to improve circulation.
- Once or twice a week, do a cleanup routine: cleanse, steaming, scrub, use a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes.
- Clean your brushes and other items you use coz they can harbor germs that can cause acne when they come into contact with your skin.

ツArdonitron the problem with amazon is a lot of the products they sell have been price gouged excessively, furthermore ive seen in reviews that people were receiving fake products from what seemed like the real brand (I.e receiving a fake The Ordinary Niacinamide serum even though it says the seller is The Ordinary) My husband bought a pair of raybans from amazon, from the amazons top picks page for almost $200 and received a fake pair, even though it said it was being sold by Ray-Bans. Considering the price gouging and how things could be fake, it’s much safer to just wait for things to go back in stock on the brands real website, Sephora, or Ulta, etc.

Hi Hyram! I just wanted to say thank you!!! I am a 40-year-old mom of a 12-year-old daughter really struggling with acne. I watched so many of your videos, bought a vast selection of your favs (YTTP and Paula’s choice are my favorites now!), and began a morning and evening skincare routine with my daughter 10 days ago. could you do a "the perfect routine for teens with acne" where you basically make a perfect routine for oily then combo then dry skin? sometimes its hard to know what acids can mix (vit c and niacinamide?!) and this would take away all the guesswork.. love u
I have actually heard that using vitamin c and niacinamide in the same routine can make them ineffective. I don't remember where I heard it though so I could be wrong. Just in case I only use niacinamide at night and my vit c in the morning

I’m not sure if there’s a way to protect your skin while swimming... I’m a swimmer too 😁 but I would make sure to rinse the chlorine water off my face well and immediately put on a hydrating lotion even if you have oily skin since the water dries your skin like crazy.
actually as a swimmer, all for this. especially cuz swimming is a winter sport at my school. Yikes So dry out your skin with chlorine and go into cold weather. Chlorine is highly fragranced and dries out my skin. 2/10 lol
do NOT cleanse or moisturize right after swimming! your skin gets dried out and produces excess oils = BREAKOUTS! rinse your face with water only, and then put on a light moisturizer ❤️❤️

I also encourage anyone who's struggling with consistent breakouts to see a dermatologist (if that's an accessible option). I originally avoided a dermatologist because I told myself my acne isn't THAT bad. Eventually, when I did see one, I regretted not going sooner. Prescribed topical treatments really helped control my breakouts, and when my acne became unmanageable in college, taking isotretinoin was a lifesaver. It's important to acknowledge that some people have skin issues so bad that no over the counter product can provide the same results a doctor can.

I think a lot of them contain fragrance and possibly some alcohols in them but I think the skin on your body is a bit more tolerant than your face.

I wasn’t even insecure about my acne until someone said “wow! That pimples huge!” Then they laughed and walked away 🥲
Yeah stuff like that goes away the older you get, just know some people at a particular age are just immature and super artificial and judgmental. You see it mostly in the younger generation. They'll grow out of it, with age comes wisdom. Some just lag behind with maturity and age. The older you get the less you'll see these types of people though. These kiddos are usually pretty easy to spot out, like the example you shared. Maybe someone won't talk to you because you have acne and it's not "cool". Just turn your back to those people and surround yourself with the ones who don't care, best advice I can give. I will say this, and this is the real truth if there ever was one... At the end of the day, you're going to end up feeling way more judged than you really are, which is very hard to recognize but it is the real truth. As a result, the more judged you feel, the more it'll show in the way you carry yourself and the more it'll start affecting your life and the ones around you, a trickle affect you might not even realize is happening. Just be aware of it. Your attitude and mindset will go along ways, believe me. Just surround yourself with positive people with positive attitudes and try your very best to not feel like you're being judged. It's definitely not easy but it's the best foundation for someone dealing with the battles of acne. Good luck
