I love this home. The chandelier in the main bedroom turns that space into a fairytale. The extra rooms would be good hobby spaces. A music room, sewing room, puzzle room, game room, or a library are areas that would fit nicely in this space. I would keep a standard living room for the entire family. I don’t want my kids to become strangers because they never spend time with us. We need to know who our kids are hanging out with and what their reactions are to current events that come into the house via the news. They can have a desk in their rooms for homework. But I would encourage them to sit at that massive kitchen island to do homework while I cook dinner. A wise man once said “Don’t live in a house that is so big your love gets lost.” Togetherness is a must for a healthy family.
Timmy if you wanna get all technical, the baths you like with a bathtub are full baths and the ones with just a shower stall you don’t like are 3/4-baths. Idk if you mentioned it in this video, but I know you like the full- over the 3/4-.
Timothy, there are some excellent features in this house. That whole area of the "back(?)" staircase was very nicely done. I'm not usually a fan of the colour green but that colour I do like, at least through the video. Thank you for showing this home.
What? No floor plan, Timothy lol. Like that each bed room/ba has its own look, no cookie cutter design here! Like that the would be unfinished attic space is made a huge storage room upstairs. What a find. Thanks, Jenn!
TIMOTHY?? THIS IS ANOTHER GREAT MANSION!! IT LOOKS LIKE A FRIEND OF MINE WHO HAS A HOME, SIMILAR TO THIS ONE!! HE LIKES IT, OF COURSE!! THIS IS SIMPLY BREATHTAKING!! THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN!!😊
Liked the downstairs better than the upstairs .. seeing it seemed to have a greater appeal. The upstairs, one understands, had to be built in following all the intricate roof lines’ designs but it just felt restricted in some areas to hmm where that would be a bit uncomfortable…. Agreed on the pretty mossy green colored cabinetry though out the whole of the entire house.., ..that was really a nice look 👁️👁️.
It might just be me, but it feels like there’s an awful lot of wasted space with the random rooms. I can see having one or two for like a gym room and a family fun room. Maybe even that extra office space for the kids to do homework. But the big one is definitely wasted space.
@@mcrchickenluvr I don't think its wasted space. What might not work for one will definitely work for someone else? Those rooms can be setup for game room, home theater, and for me I would have a F1 simulater setup in there. This is why we go house hunting. ☺️
I think with some minimal staging it would have been a springboard for the possibilities rather than being seen as "just an empty room". I appreciate the finished rooms with potential rather than the heaps of "unfinished attic space" that seems too common.
Beautiful, but a bit disappointed. I was hoping it would be a true Craftsman style with dark woods and more trim. Can you find any of those any more? It will be someone’s dream home. Just not mine.
WHAT A FREAKING MAZE THAT SECOND FLOOR IS!!!!!
Beautiful. I’d change the front door entrance. I prefer a foyer not walking straight into the lounge room.
Yes, I'd have a wall extended behind the couch back there for a TV wall. I don't like TVs over fireplaces.
@ - I have to agree. And in Australia the TV is at eye level. I don’t understand why Americans have them so high up, they must like neck pain. 😄
@ Not this American!
@ - 👍🏻 You get it.
I really like the colors in this home.

Craftsman Residential does it best!!!!! I'm surprised they didn't put a pool setup out back. But over all a beautiful property. Thanks for the tour! 🔥
😢 me 😢tears of desire 😢

Those false cabinet doors covered a cold air return on the wall. You can see it when you exit the laundry room and turn right.
I came here to say just that. Good eye!
Love it... I enjoy how you tour the homes.... Many could learn from you....

Very confusing second floor.

Second comment...Why is there a window below grade of the first floor on the right end of the house? Maybe a Utility Basement?
Is there a way to find out what color the kitchen cabinets are painted?
To many rooms that have no purpose, I’d prefer those to be bedrooms with maybe one theater room/game room for the kids
Beautiful love it, but you didn’t go up the third set of stairs? Xx

❤ this home
That room layout on the second floor is bizarre
That backpack under the stairs must be popular I've seen it a lot of tours you do😂 I love the kitchen with the Wolf appliances. Nice home.

The layout is alright and the exterior of it. I would prefer another bedroom with its own ensuite, especially for that amount.
I wish I was rich!

I agree. The upstairs made no sense to me. A lot of wasted space
Nope! With the right person (me) I assured you, No Space Would Be Wasted. From a library 📚 to a studio. With the added bonus of my Prayer Room.

A bunch of wasted space, 2nd floor layout is weird, the bathroom floor pattern is questionable. 😭
Lot of wasted space with all the hallways

I think Craftsman is part of the builder's name, as in the noun. I agree with you, true Craftsman style homes are my favorite and seem to be rare.
