I would totally make that extra open space in the closets of the upstairs bedroom into a secret room

It's very nice, but it feels like they wasted some useful space upstairs with their chosen configuration.
Agreed, looks like they could've added at least a third bedroom, remove the linen closest, make it a normal door and that space behind the closet in the first room couldve made a decent size bed room, possibly allowing a jack and jill bath set up with the second room
Beautiful home with high end finishes, nothing cheap looking. House seems like it has more square feet than advertised. Get rid of the carpet and add a basement and it’s perfect. Nice tour as usual, thank you.

Quite a spread out floor plan. Do love the master bathroom. Not my favorite house but definitely an elegant home. Those blueberry pop tarts are a favorite in my house! You’ve made me a home tour junkie; keep ‘‘em coming!

This has got to be my favorite home you have toured in Texas this year. I absolutely love the master bath and kitchen, but the utility room really needs a sink. If I ever win the lottery, I could see my family living in this house 🙂

Very nice home. I love the downstairs. Master closet was sick -in a good way of course. Not crazy about that upstairs bedroom where you had to enter closet next to your toilet. Why someone would design a room that way is beyond me.
Love the shower in the master but hate it’s on main floor lol

wow!! the curb appeal is possibly my all-time favourite. the mix of materials, the architecture and the 3 garages don't dominate. living rm is very well done. would put another laundry rm upstairs. i also really liked the calm, peaceful colours

I really like the uniqueness of the floor plan and because of the square feet every room seemed large, as well as the yard like that, the only minor change I would do is add a sink in the laundry/butlers pantry…
Simply BEAUTIFUL❣💕 Really liked how the neighbors weren't right up on this property. Having nice windows & being able to look out & enjoy ur own yard is important to me! Bonus, I saw water near the backyard❣ I like this house SO mch!!
Very nice home. Like the rooms just off the kitchen/dining room . Can keep the living room neat and tidy for guests and relax in the very back room to watch tv and it's close to the kitchen should you want anything to eat.
And the surprises just keep coming!

This is a nice place.
I'd have the Flex Room turned into a Guest Coat Closet and a second Half Bath. The latter would be closer for guests in the Living Room.
I don't care for the Master Closet set-up. I'd want an area for hanging longer things, like suits, ladies long dresses, and the like. I don't like to fold my pants if I have the closet space.
I'd like to see an option for a second floor delete. Nowadays I just need two bedrooms. Then I'd have the stairs go to a deep Basement. A bedroom or two with big egress windows could later be added down there.

The house is nice, I love everything but the location doesn’t work for me, I would love to move this house to the east coast nevertheless is going to cost probably 3 times that price….

For big as this home is ,,you would think it had more bedrooms...,,,some wasted spce
Horribly staged unless maybe this is a Texas style thing.
I didn't care for this one. Definitely overpriced.
