I LOVE this house. I love the master suite and bath. The upstairs BRs are big and fun. I love the combo laundry and craft room. The built-in bookshelves in the upstairs hall are beautiful! The natural light is gorgeous. The basement is nice, but there’s very little natural light. Overall, a winner!!
I love the detailed character in this home. The panel walls, baseboards/skirts, and ceiling beams add timeless elegance and charm. The only thing I would have added would have been several unique window designs. Although, I love all of the tall window features throughout. So far, this is my favorite.
I love all of the built ins in all of the rooms, mud-rooms, book shelves, pantry, kitchen and the bunk beds (very clever); I like how the staircase is built between the two sets of bunk beds and the kids don't have to trip over ladders etc. I loved the tucked away drying rack in the downstairs laundry room (not sure about the washer/dryer being one machine though). The kitchen has all of the amenities you need and then some. I love the pot filler at the stove. It saves a lot of time and energy lifting a heavy pot of water from the kitchen sink (generally speaking). The whole houses spells comfort and practicality.
I know Timothy this is one of many homes that you toured that is a sentimental favorite!! It's very stately and really refreshing!! Very Modern In Taste And Styles!! Looks like a manor!! Well Manicured Lawn And Shapely Shrubs!! Just Dynamic!! Thank You for sharing this great mansion with us!!
This home is absolutley my favrite i love the kitchen the kitchen is gorgeous i lkve the living room i love everything about this home Thank you for showing Take care and god bless Best regards anja
You can see where the money went in this build. The builder had me at inset cabinets. The only thing missing was an elevator. Loved the color choices and the wallpaper was tasteful. I might have switched the washer and dryer locations and put the stack on the main level. But I'm sure it would work better for a large family to have the stack unit upstairs. Overall, great design!
Beautiful home👌🏼! In my opinion, the all in one washer and dryer would be way to time consuming if you have a big family. Only being able to do one load at time vs. being able to wash and dry simultaneously. Imagine having 10 loads of clothes🤦🏼♂️🤬.
I can give or take the floor plans, but I do like when you DO NOT show pictures of the homes in the beginning of the videos because it takes away from the surprise of touring with you. I love hidden doors, safe or tornado safe rooms, and elevators. I would love to see like a concrete ramp with steps on each side for handicap and or moving things in and out of the home without having to negotiate stairs.
4:17 I believe that is a Television pretending to be Artwork. 😉 4:50 If I was paying three million dollars for a house, I don’t want to see another one so close!
One look at the kitchen is enough to understand that it is the same old design from the last century - moldings and other junk. The only advantage of this house is that it is big. But otherwise - it is the last century.
I think it suits the style of the home - traditional with modern leanings. Still not my taste, but it flowed well without being matchy-matchy throughout the home.

The amount of details is really impressive. Most homes all look alike but this one really stands out.

Best I've seen in a while. That primary bath and upstairs hall are wonderful.
Gorgeous home. Absolutely love the front exterior!

Beautiful home and the owner has great decor style and it was nice of her to share this home tour.🏡🏡👏🏻👏🏻🏡🏡.
Timothy’s disappointment at the missing spice rack is palpable 😝
It’s his favorite thing. I’ve become so disappointed for him when they don’t have them. 🙁
@@ms.one-town901Me too. 😅

I like those bunk beds.
I can only look and dream. Love most of the homes you video. Thanks for sharing.
Truly gorgeous home.
The donut holes at Dunkin Donuts, are called Munchkins.

The parlor at the front foyer would be a better use changing it to an Office.
Beautiful home. Beautifully finished. I enjoyed the very tasteful nods to the 1970's in pattern and color.
Loving this giving me 1930’s vibes.
Love all the details, ceilings, etc.
Nice home
Love from Pakistan ❤❤❤
Soooooo beautiful!
The spice rack is the long drawer to the right of the stove. A lot of people are keeping them in the drawer now if they have room for them.
Loved this home. One of my favorites. Only issue didn't see any natural light in the main area of the basement. Wasn't a walk out basement.
Loved the arm chairs ❤ ❤ ❤
The glass insets are replicas of Tudor leaded glass. The built-ins are amazing.
In Canada, the donut holes are usually referred to as "Tim Bits" (from Tim Horton's donut shops) ...
Beautiful home.
Timmy. This is a house ❤
I think the room with a pocket office could be used as a baby changing area… it’s the only room with a tub too
That is a great idea.😊
Finally, a drawing room at the front of the house so visitors don't enter through the kitchen.
Could the drawers on either side of the oven set up with spice racks?
Wow
This is a modern Nora Ephron film style home!
It's going to melt something alright.....like my checkbook! 😂 Gorgeous nonetheless!

Do these large homes have more than one water heater?
😍😍😍

Same, I like to be surprised
I like the surprises, too. But I also like a floor plan to reference - after watching the tour.
I just don't like all the cabinets going all the way down onto the counters. I like space there.
Definitely wouldn't want the w/d combo
They’re called Munchkins
This home while very large is laid out very well! I’m not a fan of the lighting at all! I also think this would be a great multigenerational home too!
"I look forward to seeing your beautiful face in the next one!" 😉

Beautiful don't have enough space to hung clothes if you have a lot of dress clothes
👍
No floor plan? Did i miss it?
In NH we are so wet wet wet
Floor plan?
There isn't even one on the builder's site that we could find. 🥺
Do you get sidetracked talking about other things instead of the home 🤔
They are called munchkins from drunken donuts
I'd do away with the wine cellar. Gaudy.
Did you shave????
I just went back to check. Yep! It's probably a baby-face for the new baby. 👶
That’s babble glass not I don’t know what you’re calling it but it’s be glass
Very dated interior for my taste.😢
The decor is very dated and seems like a garage sale haul. Sooo sad.

One of my house design pet peeves is having to walk by giant windows at the front of the house every time you use the stairs
